Nice upgrade from the iPhone 8. I don't miss the home button at all. I like the slightly bigger size.

Sent me the wrong phones
The phone itself is ok but Cricket sent me the wrong color and when I contacted them about they said it's nothing they can do about it but they were the ones that sent not one but two wrong phones

    It is perfect! I had the iPhone se 2020 edition and it seemed outdated,even though it came out last year,so I ordered this phone and it came in the mail perfectly fine!

    Purchased from Walmart delivered next day with no problems. However they should get some boxes or something for delivery just in a Walmart bag outside of my door allows everyone to see that is was a iPhone. Phone so far good. I like it only complaint for me will be the actual screen display but for someone who not into phones and being update with phones I'm sure that's not a problem for you. Battery life has been great honestly not many complaints a tad bit wide for people with smaller hands. Also cheapest I've seen and I'm a cricket customer so I just took my sims card out my old phone and put it inside this phone.

    Need to buy a charger and headphones to work with it. Apple is somewhat of a let down in that respect. No more home button and phone reception not the greatest compared to my iPhone 6s Plus (only 2 bars vs 3 before)

    I purchased the iPhone 11 with the $99 special. The process of purchasing and then transferring my number was easy and when I did have a question customer service was great! They shipped my iPhone right away and the instructions on how to set it up were straight forward. I really like the unlimited plan I got - I plan on staying with them!

    I love this phone the features and battery life and so much more I'm never going back to android I can actually hear people when they talk and Siri is a big help as well as all the new stuff I'm learning and don't forget about the photos oh my god they are awesome

    Brand new to Apple. My first apple product EVER! Taking me some time but I am beginning to enjoy being an Apple user. I will get there one day but for now I must say I feel like an old person new to technology at times. I'm only 28! Haha. But the speed and accuracy of the device is a big deal to me. The photos are great! Love the slo mo video option as well. Just HATE that the products are SO expensive ! Here's to hoping Otterbox has my back!

    iPhone 11 great phone, not best price
    It's an iPhone so it's great. I just wish I could upgrade and not have to pay full price. Especially because I've been with cricket for awhile now.
