Worth it's weight in gold
Very well built, follow instructions for assembly. The insulated cooking compartment is wonderful, heats up fast and stays there, little variance. The cooking grates are porous, so the food sticks to them. Maybe over time they will season, burgers and ribs have stick to them so far. At the price I paid, wish I bought a spare!!!

Very unhappy!
The grill came in today in an open box that was wet prior and scratched up pieces, missing all instructions, not a single paper in the boxes. What do they do delivering items this way, terrible!!!

    LOVE!!
    This grill is fantastic. I bought it for my husband for Fathers Day last year (2021) and we use it all the time. We have had zero problems with it and it has cooked everything we put on it amazingly! Would definitely recommend!

    Impressed!Assembly is involved. Great instructions
    Assembly takes a while. Instructions are great. 99% of the screws were in the holes either to be loosened or removed and put back connecting parts. most of the screws were stainless steel. the box was heavy. I was impressed how quickly it came up to temperature. it reached 400 degrees possibly quicker than the oven in the kitchen. My wife commented that it looked nice and we should buy a cover for it. First use was to warm up some leftover prime rib for lunch. yum! I know how I'll be doing my prime rib for Christmas this year!

    Looks great, cooks great
    Read the reviews as I was entering the pellet grill world for the first time. Figured I couldn't go wrong in the end on this grill and it checks all but 1 box for me. For the price, it has to be the classiest and most feature packed grill on the market. Looks great, cooks great from smoking to searing. Ash and grease clean outs, Bluetooth capable, probe included and a double wall insulated lid in stainless steel. Compared to entry level competitors I looked at it's truly a no brainer. This is a much nicer unit, top notch. The app doesn't blow you away but is functional and has a cookbook to get you started. The Bluetooth range is a bit limited but no different than any other Bluetooth device. My only wish was for 1 more setting at 175 degrees. The range is from 200 for smoke to 500 for sear in 25 degree increments on the dial. 200 seems to do just fine for me. Great smoke ring with no modifications for me. I suppose you could add accessories if you want more smoke or a searing plate if desired but this grill is tremendous as-is. It's plenty big enough for a family of 4 and can handle the larger cookout when you have company. It's equal to a 4 burner gas grill in cooking area. Completely satisfied with the results and you won't find a better value.

    No knob and customer service sucks
    Bought this for my husband as a Christmas gift. He was super excited to assemble it to only find out that it didn't come with the knob. We have contacted customer service to receive a new one and it's already past the last day of delivery. Never received any shipping details except when to supposedly expect it. We may be taking this baby apart and requesting a refund soon if we don't receive the knob.

    For the money it works well ( I had it smoking overnight at 40 degrees Fahrenheit outside temps), it holds heat well, it's consistent, doesn't use a lot of pellets, and the digital readout is simple, easy to read, I love the big numbers and large knob. However, I will say the the glass viewing window gets really dirty in no time and it is very hard to clean (Dawn, paper towels and hot water will get the job done with a lot of elbow grease every time you use it). Also, the bottom of the fire box that has the RTV silicone in all 4 corners could be better designed with a 1 piece bottom instead of 2 pieces. The reason why is because the fan blows ash up to the bottom of the firebox and the unsealed areas hold ash which in turn in my opinion eventually gets on your food during long smokes. I do have a simple remedy for this problem that I feel will take care of the problem and I will try it the next time I fire it up. In conclusion, If you don't want to spend a lot of money and you are a weekend warrior you can't go wrong in purchasing this Grill/Smoker I do recommend purchasing the cover for it for protection from the elements.

    I was convinced by the other reviews
    As the title says, I was convinced enough by the other reviews to buy this grill. And for our household of two, it's just the right size. I was reluctant to go with a pellet grill because we gotten so much great use out of our gas grill over the years. But when it went on sale, I decided to pull the trigger. The assembly was straighforward, The assembly instructions were easy to read and understand and the parts were even numbered. It is a well designed grill and for the price, the quality is excellent. After doing the recommended "seasoning" of the grill, I was impressed with it's ability to maintain the set temperature within 5 or - degrees. There really aren't many cooking appliances that can achieve that level of control. A couple of observations: 1) If you want to get a really good sear with nice grill marks, you're going to need some sort of searing plate. There are ones made especially for pellet grills, but I just use a cast iron grill/griddle. There are online videos showing how to use one for the best results. 2) While this grill does impart a light amount of smoke, to achieve serious BBQ smoke flavor and that sought after smoke ring, you're going to need a pellet smoker tube. Since this uses pellets anyway, a small investment in a smoker tube will give you a big boost in achieving delicious smoked BBQ foods. So far, I'm happy with this grill. With a couple of small tweaks, I've been able to get great results whether I'm grilling or smoking. A big plus for me is, there's no longer a need to have a seperate grill and a smoker taking up space. This grill can cook both ways, and it does it well.
