Purchased for grandsons to carry books etc to school. Have not used that yet but they appear to be of better quality than most

Folded in shipping now Back of pack damaged
Would have been a nice backpack to carry a laptop. But they folded it in half to ship and what would have been a firm back now has a permanent bend a area where the padding is crushed. Very stupid move. Returning it for full refund.

    I haven't enough elapsed time to determine durability of this product. If the carry handle doesn't pull away from the back pack then I will be happy. Ask me to review this product after a year of ownership.
