DHP Folding Guest Bed is sturdy and comfortable.
I looked at hundreds of beds prior to buying these for our vacation rental. These seem to be working out so far. The two beds I purchased are the twin size which give extra width and length. They are worth the price. There is very little assembly required. The matteess is thick enough to where you can't feel the frame. We are only allowing up to 150 lb. person to sleep on them so they will last longer. I would recommend buying a cover to protect the entire mattress. When we took the mattress out of the box, it did not have an odor nor was it curled and had to be straightened out unlike other mattress brands. This is a great choice for the comfort and price.

Not worth the money.
This item is not sturdy at all. I couldn't use it for adults. Wheel casing came off within 6 months. It's only been used 3 times and was purchased last July. The mattress is not sturdy at all. I had to purchase a memory foam to add on top. Not sure what to do!

    I really like the convenience of this pull out bed. It is easily storable in a closet. Folds and rolls nicely. The only problem i'D say it is not meant for a big/tall person. It is slightly short and though I thought it was comfortable (I'm 5.0 about 140 lbs.) my nephew ended up sleeping on the couch due to it being uncomfortable for him (he's about 5.7 ft and maybe 200lbs) I'm thinking of buying an extra pad for either the top or bottom perhaps this is a solution.

    AWFUL
    Not only did this arrive 3 days late!! But this thing is JUST AWFUL!! There are no locks on the wheels, so when you lay on it, it rolls!! Also the mattress slips right off the frame, when lying down you can also feel the frame! RETURNED!!

    This rollaway was wider than I expected, but seemed to be really comfortable so I decided it would be fine. After 3 nights there is a definite "dip" in the center of the mattress that has compressed and I can feel the framework underneath. I am not a big person (under 105 lbs.) so that's not the problem. I need a rollaway I can use in the future when we have family staying with us -- what will this one be like after repeated use? I may be requesting a return!

    Paint is not good
    It's a good buy. But the paint is chipping off. Which makes it look very cheap. Overall it is very good.

    Good frame
    Frame is solid but moves when you sit up or down , mattress sink in after two weeks. Not bad for the price but be prepared to change the mattress quite soon

    Worth the buy!
    It showed up earlier than originally estimated its the size that i expected and only a 15 min set up it folds up really nicely totally worth the price I bought it for my kiddo and its perfect for her
