Excellent price performance ratio
The item has a slightly "refurbished" look as advertised, but for its high cooling capacity and low price, I could not find a better deal anywhere, online or in local stores. Shipment arrived within two business days as promised. The portable unit was very easy to install and cooled my bedroom better than expected.

WARNING DO NOT BUY !!!!
I received the unit today and first thing I noticed was the box was crunched, bent and ripped. So that already created concern then when I opened the box a HORRIBLE STINCH of feces and wet dog smell. Just over powering smell. Once the unit was pulled out from box I hear rattling and see pieces of plastic falling out of box. Then looked at unit and saw the unit is broken and covered in some kind of dusty dirt and just was filthy. I have a terminal illness and at this time with covid going on the cleanliness is A MUST but this unit was disgusting. I knew it was refurbished and expected a scratch or two but this is a worthless smelly piece of garbage. I was charge over four hundred-dollars for trash. Very very disappointed and disgusting that the seller would allow this unit to leave smelling like this and already chunks broken and moving around loosely in the delivery box. I really need a unit but if this company is going to send another hunk of junk I want my money immediately. And they need to rethink their thought on what customers are expecting. THIS WAS THE MUST DISAPPOINTING PURCHASE I EVER GOTTEN.

The reason why I'm giving this unit 4 stars is because the hose does not fit the unit connectors. Note to buyers, make sure the hose is properly connected and the unit is on a flat surface otherwise you will have difficulties powering on the unit. So far, the unit cools well...I'm using it to cool my Living room.AAgard

3.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser05/10/2020Cool but not cold like an airconditioner should beToday is the first day we have used the airconditoner our bedroom is just over 100 sq ft so this should have been more than adequite to cool the room off ans while it does seem to be keeping it cool it isnt cold like our previous airconditioners i am really dissapointed we wanted this because it doesnt have a drain tube which in our old and in my opinion better airconditoner the tube kept getting broken and flooding our bedroom! Will try it a few more days but i think there are probably better options out there that will do a better job if you have a very big space dont get this unitRezGirl
