    Love their strong coffee
    I consider myself a coffee snob so I am very picky about my coffee beans. When I saw the name of the coffee, I couldn't resist trying it since I LOVE strong coffee. Once I did, I have been drinking it ever since (about 1 1/2 hrs ago). I am a huge fan now!

    The most flavorful rich coffee
    This is my favorite coffee. One cup will get you through the day. I like a strong flavorful coffee and this fits the bill. Its great hot or cold. Everytime I have guests they try it and then immediately start buying for their houses.

    Perfect Balance
    Not only is the coffee strong but you don't get the bitterness of some other more robusta beans (i.e. some French Roasts). The flavor is deep and lasting, easy to drink black. Love this coffee!!

    I still prefer the original roast which has been on hiatus. The bitter coffee kick is much appreciated and pairs well with almond and soy creamers. It has effectively sprung me from my bed and has me ready to win the staring contest with my computer.

    No cream needed
    Don't get me wrong. I love a latte. Half and half in my coffee…. Whatever the gods left me in the fridge. But we brewed this and refrigerated overnight… and I poured over ice the next day. I added “too much” coffee and didn't leave room for cream…. Took a sip off the top and thought… omg. Black as can be and not bitter. So I went sans cream and didn't look back. I do also love it with a little half and half, too. But any coffee that being the dead to life without is pure genius. It is pricey, but that's what sales are for.

    Reliable Quality
    We Love the taste! Full flavored but not bitter or tangy like some other brands we have tried. I drink mine neat in my favorite DW mug and my wife likes her’s with a bit of creamer and sugar. Holiday sales were great for gifting!!! Sent 5 pounder to Death Wish newbie’s for Christmas and K-cups to daughter.
