Avoid - Don't Buy, buy a used bike instead
I don't even know where to begin: Ordered the bike at the Emeryville CA store, bike was assembled at the store by a "professional". since I wanted new and not from the store scratched and all. Received Jan 13, today is Jan 28, 2022. It's a disaster after 5 rides.
- Extremely poor customer service to begin with
- No communication on order arrival for pick up
- Material and quality of the bike is the worst
- Lacks professional bike mechanics at their staged area
- Gear skips randomly
- A lot of unusual rubber noise from the wheels
- Found plenty of loose bolts
- Handle bar was misaligned

Bike was designed to be comfortable. Must have strong legs to really go fast on this bike. Front wheel squeaking issue can actually be easily fixed by just oiling. Overall rating is 4/5. There can still be improvement on this bike definitely.Lau

The gear skipping is gone and gear shifting is smoother. I am now ride it on the road and off road. Hoping to maintain the pleasure riding with it. The last star was for bike kickstand not being included but need to purchase separately. Else, it is a 5 star review rate for its class!Nelson

Rear caliper is rubbing against disc brake not centered properly, I don't see any room for adjustment, unless the caliper got hit and bent inwards a bit. I road tested and it was ok I still have to ride more to be able to see if it really is what they say it is. I still don't like the color grey. It should be black I guess I will return it.Grover

The bike was well-setup by the staff as well and gave many helpful tips for proper usage. The ride was good as I cycled all the way home from the store. Definitely a decent bike for leisure or distance-cycling.Edward
