Best gift of teenagers!Nice quality,quick install
I got the small for my 11 yo daughter (150cm=59in) it's seems a bit too tall to her , but she enjoyed! She can handle it well like bike to school ( 7 mins) to park( 10 mins) around the lake in neighborhood (20mins) The best is with the 21 speed , she can easily bike with us over 20miles round trip for a day ride on street. Part: It come without kickstand (where Amazon has under$10 bucks) Btw. My box delivered with careful and I appreciate the guy help lifted next to my garage door! ?? Highly recommend!??

Very Bad! Could have gotten seriously hurt!
I would rate a negative number if I could. This was a defective bike that a received. Within 2weeks the peddle came out. The arm crank was bad. I asked if I could return it and get a new one. At the time the XL was out of stock. So I waited if it would be back on stock before I returned, and then they said that If I bought the bike that I would have to get it at the price that it sells now, rather than the price I had bought it for. They only managed to give me 15$ of promo...

    Walmart's costumer service is horrible!
    I'm rating walmart's non-existing customer service. The bike is great for the price. The box arrived completely damaged and opened so the pedals and wheel nut skewer to secure the front tire were missing. I contacted Walmart on the phone and the rep said the only I could do is send the bike back for a refund. The box was destroyed after I opened it! How am I to send it back? I can't take to a store as it doesn't fit in my car. The other option she gave me is to contact the manufacturer myself and ask for the parts. I didn't order from them! I ordered from Walmart. Also the number she gave me to contact the manufacturer it's not on service! Walmart needs to step up their customer service and correct problems with products and shipping in a different way. 1 STAR out of five.

    good bike
    seems like a decent bike. i haven't ridden one since i was probably 12yrs old. i want to get into better shape and it has helped with that. the chain popped off once already while switching gears. for $100 delivered to my house its worth it. im not sure i really like the shocks in the front. im probably just not use to it. box was all but opened all the way up on delivery. thats not the bikes or Walmart's fault. i thought there would be parts missing but there was not. assembly was very easy and straight forward. im happy so far and its been a great purchase.

    Disappointed with customer service
    The item arrived with a broken stem. The bolts to the stem were stripped and crooked not allowing the handlebar to seat properly. Contact with customer service has not been helpful as the item is out of stock. However, they are getting a new shipment. Based on the policy of free returns and exchanges I would've thought an option of a backorder with the return of the damaged bike would be able to apply in this situation at no extra cost. Instead customer service is pushing me to return the bike and repurchase it for the original price and not the sale price I purchased it for. The customer should not be responsible for defects. As by an implied warranty the damage should be covered as it poses a safety concern and impacts the usage of the item. Overall the bike seems nice, however I'm unable to give a full review at this time due to damaged parts.

    Overall Good Value but came damaged
    Box came damaged, missing parts (skewers, kickstand), damaged parts (reflectors, bottle holder). I spent about extra$50 to buy those things. But overall it's a good value if $98

    TS100 sport trail 21 spd mountain bike review
    unfortunately the bike arrived with a extremely damaged box and missing parts , seems to be an ongoing issue... However , for the price of $98.00 shipped , its hard to get a better deal .. For the record, the parts missing were the front quick release axle assembly .. I'll have to go buy the assembly, bumping up the total cost of the bike . No kickstand is supplied

    4 bolts were missing in the package. I suspect that they sent me a returned package without checking what's inside. Very disappointing at walmart and also at slickdeals.

    Defective, returned and missing items
    Looks returned item shipped to me. Some parts are missing. The front wheel shaft is less in length and doesn't fit in to the slot. Attached pictures. The customer support is not so friendly. Waste of time and they ruined my weekend. So no to Walmart online items .. as they try to sell defective and returned items
