Better than expected!!
Very nice. Better and faster than expected! If it had better opportunity for more than upgrading to 16GB of ram. I would rather have 32GB of Ram. I would have been happier but this is great for the price. No question about it. Even at 8GB its fast and responsive. I will upgrade to16GB. It has room for expansion ie: video card.. It also has a DVD RW burner which wasn't in the description. I haven't paired with an HP 22" monitor and have added MS Office suite and AutoCAD Architecture. We will see how it renders. I really love this form factor. Good buy. I recommend it. Smiles and thanks.

We've had nothing but problems with this having to reload windows constantly. It was left sitting in a spare room until I finally took it to Imtrex. According to them, the memory sticks installed (both work independently) but are not compatible so they had to be removed and they did another install.

    Great Value for the Price
    I purchased two systems. The use is for non dedicated office personnel. I needed to add an USB WiFi as they do not come with wireless internet capability. They are working perfectly for my use which is mostly web surfing Real Estate sites and email browsing. They zip right along!

    Don't waste your time and money
    I know its a refurbish so I expected some dents and scratches. First thing was the side panel will not stay locked so when you stand the computer up the side falls off. Ok not that big of a deal, there was an eye hook so I was able to zip tie it closed. Problems started as soon as I plugged it in. Brand new monitor showed no input for video. I messed with the VGA connection on the computer and finally got it to work. Next as soon as Windows 10 was done installing I tried one of the software programs pre-installed. So I clicked on solitaire and by the second screen the the computer locked up. I tried to ALT/CONTROL/DELETE and nothing happened. When I shut down the computer at the power button then turned it back on the power button was pulsing a orange color instead of the usual white color and nothing was on my monitor. I then unplugged the computer and waited several minutes. Turned it back on and once again after trying a pre-installed program the computer locked up and started flashing small thin black bars all over the screen in rapid fashion. It was locked up again, so I unplugged it again. Now even after a few hours I plugged it back and and nothing comes up and the power button is just pulsing the orange color again. I cannot believe it passed any QA testing after the refurbish. I waited 12 days for it to be delivered and didn't work at all. Waste of my time and money. Now I am behind on my project. I hope they can replace it without a long wait. Also, I believe the description said It comes with a new keyboard and mouse. Nope in my shipment. Very disappointed.

    Close but no Cigar
    this works well and the side panel is able to be opened for any future upgrades. The only downside I would say is the graphics card. The graphics card I have is, well, meant for only videos to be played, since it is a Intel HD Graphics 2500. It may sound impressive, but when I played some games, I still have to deal with below 20 frames. But if you give it a new graphics card, then you'll be seein' the true power of this PC.

    This is a refurbished PC. Buy at your own risk!
    Don't take your chances! This was a refurbished PC but wasn't stated as such in the item's title. Upon opening the box, there was the Dell computer, an HP mouse, and an IBM Keyboard. When the PC was powered on it immediately went to a blue screen that said something went wrong and a restart was needed (see picture). After restarting the PC, this cycle was continued. Extremely disappointed. Very glad to be getting a refund!

    Ethernet required, NO Wi-Fi options
    While it runs very smoothly, I was hoping that aside from ethernet I would be given some kind of WiFi options to connect to, but nope, there are absolutely no Wi-Fi options and as other comments note there is no internet card, to which I am forced to buy additional equipment that will allow me to connect to the wireless router/modem on the lower level of my own house. For future reference I advised that when selling these towers both Ethernet options AND WiFi options should be given for those who arent able to connect with an Ethernet, as I wasnt able to find any of the products this vendor sells that offer wifi options

    I had this desktop for a little over a week, and I LOVE it! I recently started a “work from home” job. So, I needed something with decent processing power and speed. Originally, I was using a basic “for home” HP desktop with 1.7 ghz of processing speed, which was horrible. The lagging was insane. Now that I have this dell desktop, work is a breeze! It's super fast, and has viturally no lag time. If you're working from home or just need a fast and reliable desktop, I strongly recommend this one!
