Great Service, Great Product
This company has been a pleasure to buy from. When I requested my initial order deleted since I'd forgotten to add Walmart's warranty, they took care of it promptly and got to filling the new order in a snap. It arrived in a timely fashion and was securely packed. As for the product itself, it's exactly as stated. I've actually found no visible blemishes on the laptop, which was a pleasant surprise. Keyboard feels brand spanking new. Drivers and such need updated since it's an older model, but that was expected. This baby handles better than the Toshiba Satllite C-55b it's replacing. I'm very happy with my purchase.

    The laptop arrived 2 days earlier. Laptop looks and runs excellent. I did have to call tech support for a product keycode. I received it in less than 2 mins. Tech support was very knowledgeable and professional. Will definitely order from them again.

    Rude seller that sent a defective laptop.
    Poor customer service they never responded to question asking did the laptop come with a dvd drive. The laptop had a small ink link stain on the screen I was fine with it until another ink stain appeared that's getting bigger. So I requested a refund and the seller did not respond to me again.

    VERY VERY POOR REFURBISHER!!!!
    Dell laptop was FILTHY!! It is MISSING the cursor joystick!! That's NOT what I consider REFURBISHED!!! Very disappointing since it was a Christmas gift for my wife!!
