Dishonest description. It is refurbished.
This desktop is refurbished, with unsightly damage to the outside. Nowhere is the listing does it say it is refurbished. I would not buy a refurbished computer. I am returning this immediately.

    Disappointed with non operation computer
    Refurbished, didn't do a good job, unable to start the computer, cd stuck could not open it. Eject function was disabled. Highly disappointed waisted time, bought for school work, delayed because received non operational computer, plus mouse arrived broken.

    Good computer for the price with minor exceptions.
    For the price, this unit is super-fast. It looks practically new. The only problem I encountered was there was no sound. I checked for loose wires, ran windows self-check, still didn't work. I e-mail tech support. They suggested deleting the driver and reinstalling. I discovered that my headphone worked fine, so it wasn't the driver. E-mailed tech support with this information, but they never got back to me. I ordered a new speaker for $4.00. It should arrive tomorrow. If it doesn't work, I'll be returning it to the refurbisher. They really should do a better job of checking everything before shipping. Make sure you save the box and packing materials at least until the 30-day warranty expires.

    Excelent Price, excelent service, Excelent product
    What a great computer I got. It feels like new. This refurbisher (Discount Computer Depot) is excelent. Reaaly recomended. I had some issues with the keyboard when the computer arrived. I used their chat support in their webpage, and they sent me another keyboard with no inconvenient at all. DIscount Computer depot, thank you very much.

    Operating system not what described
    This computer is a refurbished one and came with no setup instructions. I found a tag partially covering the product key and scraped it off to reveal the whole number. When I activated Windows with that number it came up as Windows 10 home instead of Windows 10 Pro as stated in Walmart's product description. I tried multiple times to contact the reseller for a remedy but they don't answer phone calls or emails. The computer is exactly what I wanted and works very good except for the wrong operating system.

    The motherboard is fine but it has an old outdated CPU in it also it has 4 -2gb memory modules in it so upgrading is wasteful of the current memory. It has a small case and not very powerful power supply

    Is this a joke?
    It said new but clearly refurbished. The “WiFi” is a 5 inch USB antenna like it's 1995, it did not come with all of the cables, the keyboard arrived with 1/2 the keys missing.

    Much smaller than I expected
    This thing is tiny! It works ok but there are only a very few graphics adapters that will fit into the pcie slot and the on board graphics is lacking. If you leave the cover off you can cram a half sized graphics adapter in there but the power supply is only 250 Watts. I will be using it to train myself in Linux server apps.
