    When I first took the PC out of the box I was very upset, swore to myself it wouldn't work a bit. Then I was surprised it turned on followed by an even bigger shocker that it actually performed, and quite well...

    bad buy
    super sucks I order this and my monitor was broken didn't work! and the tower was slow and scratched up super sad buy was hoping for something. but had to return it and they took forever on my return still waiting and it's been 3 months.

    Good Deal
    The computer itself works very well. The case is in good shape and clean just a few scratches noted. It includes a new keypad and mouse. The mouse included was damage, didn't function which was not a deal breaker. For the price, overall it is a good deal, I did add extra RAM from 8 to 12 to boast the performance. The Dell Optiplex 7010 is known as a workhouse in the industry.

    Good Product, Poor Service?
    When the pc package arrived it was not the one that I ordered. The pc was correct but there was no wireless keyboard or mouse, and there was no flashdrive. What I did receive was a package that included a 17in monitor, usb keyboard and mouse, and wifi usb. PC works well minor scratches which is quite fine for a refurbished PC. Keyboard and mouse shows alot of wear and tear, but I am ok with it seeing that I am replacing them for wireless ones. Now I don't know what to do with this monitor I do not need.

    Computer was damaged by seller prior to shipment
    Seller did a lousy job of packing computer and as a result when I opened the box the front grill of the computer was broken and the pieces were laying everywhere. It was not damaged in shipment as the shipping box had no damage. Damage was reported to Blair Electronics and they never did respond. Walmart is in the process of giving me a refund.

    Quality Assurance Not Great
    The parts were obviously used, but the VGA cable it came with wasn't compatible so I had to order that from amazon. When it arrives I find out the mouse doesn't work period. So I haven't even tried it but mine came with a wifi and bluetooth adapter which is neat. Beyond that this is what I paid for at 150$

    So far so good. A really solid value, lots og USB ports; wifi works good. No dents, dings or anything loose. I bought a pack of four computer feet to keep it above any spills. Monitor sits nicely on top of the case.

    Description was misleading, item refurbished but "new" was in the heading and reburbished was in the small print. Other than that, the item works well, has many minor scratches and several dents. FedEx driver threw the item over our fence but in his defense, it was NOT labled "fragile".

    Computer came scratched up, paint off and everything. Computer was completely old and beat up. Look like someone had this computer at LEAST 2 years and sent it out as a new computer.
