These are used computers. DO NOT BUY if you are looking for a new one. they are refurbished (but come with 1 year warranty) did not say it was refurbished. I thought I was getting a new computer. it has scratches all over it. and I can't get it to connect to the internet

    Not very good
    One good thing it came a day early. When I finally get the computer to come on. It was very slow and keeps freezing up. And it wasn't frozen it would read hard drive not found. My second time ordering a refurb both wer junk. Never going to order again.

    Bad monitor with my purchase
    My monitor is defective I can't fix the resolution to make the screen fit it came shifted I thought once I activated it.I would be able to resolve the issue but it still remains. Since I can't contact the seller to resolve this maybe someone will see this message with the company and resolve my issue.

    Plugged everything incorrectly in the monitor saying in power saving mode and will not cut on cannot get a hold of anybody to fix the issue just inboxed it 1hour ago

    First one didn't work because the windows was not set correctlyCalled and they sent me a CD to fix it cannot install CD because the drive was not installed properly was told I needed another tower the next tower didn't work because they did not send the proper wires. I was told that the item will be here the next day however it takes 3 to 4 days totally unhappy with this

    For the price it was a great deal. I only use it for a small home office so I don't use it for anything major but so far it has been working great. The keyboard is all scratched up and has a broken little leg on the bottom so it doesn't stand up. The monitor is also kind of scratched up but it works fine.

    Horrible Horrible Company/product
    Was sent a non working computer.The customer service sucks on top of that they couldn't even find the order number given on the packaging slip so I can print a return label.Do not buy it's not worth it I was being cheap when I should have just added more on for a new one.
