Great Value for the money.
So far so good, I just hooked it up and so far everything is great. I haven't installed web cam yet. I didn't have any trouble hooking it up but a manual would have been nice. It will do everything I need.

Disappointed
First of all I ordered a dell but received a hp screen but a Dell disk drive. Meaning the outside says hp but when it comes on its Dell. It worked fine for 2 days then stopped work for 3 and stop now its working again. Just a waste of time and money.!

    Purchased this PC Computer unable to install windows only to find out there is no support for the computer because it is over 11yrs old. This info was not disclosed to customer otherwise would not have purchased a refurbished computer where u could not get any technical support. All I can say is do not purchase the Refurbished Dell Optiplex Desktop PC Computer System in Black Windows 10 dual core 4GB 160GB with a 19''LCD Monitor. Thank you

    Wish it could be a great computer for the price
    I order this computer for my start to build a family business but for the most part. I know it was a use computer but make sure the computer is not giving problem with trying to sign into a Microsoft account and it wouldn't let me. Hard drive CD was pushed inside just not a great device I feel sad

    the computer you sent me is not working the keyboard does not work and the front is scratched somebody returned it its broken and the internet not working or picking up i want a refund and get my money back

    Unleveled monitor, customer service doesn't a
    Came with no instructions to assemble. The base of the monitor was not level and wobbles. I had to put an inch of gauze under the front end to prevent it from falling. I tried calling the help number provided with the computer several times With no answer. Sent an email amd waiting for a response. Other than this issue the computed seems to be okay. I know it's refurbished but why send an unleveled monitor to a customer?

    Got the computer and the box was open... definitely refurbished... computer was scratched and even the name dell name was colored in with an ink pen... going to try to send back
