Amazing Cooling unit
There's nothing that I dislike about this AC it's easy to set up. Amazing cools the room fairly quickly if you purchase this unit you will not regret it!! I can actually feel the cooling breeze in my room which is next-door to the room that has the unit. LOVE IT I'm ordering another unit for my other room.

Had no coolant
I wouldn't have gave this ac a 1 but it made me put something, my ac came without coolant, it had leaked out before it left the to be sent to me , when I got it , I felt what I thought was grease but it was the last of the coolant leaking out into the box. Then they play games when you afe emailing them , then you wait 3 weeks to get your money back, this was on the 1200 Della ac

    Item was defective. Only blew cold air half the time. Is louder than similarly priced Frigidaire brand. I do not recommend.

    Last summer I bought an air conditioner that was also 5000 btu. It had a digital display and remote (which is what I thought I had ordered in this one) and it wasn't as expensive as this one. But when it was delivered, I thought I would try it any way even though it wasn't what I thought I ordered. After 2 days of running the new air conditioner, I am unhappy with it. It does not cool very well, and it does not work near as well as the one I bought last year. It really is not a very good air conditioner.
