Bike is super cute, my 2 yr old loves it so far. Box was heavily damaged when arrived. Bolts came out of it. Says no tools required but a screwdriver is definitely needed.

Was so mad
I had purchased bike online for pick up, when I picked the bike up the lady came out with an old dirty rusty bike. I was so mad.. I had to return It.

    Wrong bike sent!
    The bike itself is so cute, once we were fonally able to get it! We ordered it on walmart.com and they sent us the wrong bike! So i looked online and found a store close that said they had 3 in stock. The day of the birthday party for my 3 year old (the one the bike was for) and my 5 year old (we ordered another bike for as well) we had to exchange the bike right before the party so they could each get their gift! The other walmart ended up jot having any in stock so we got a paw patrol bike. They gave us the wrong training wheels!!! So we took that bike back to another walmart store that was further away to get the original bike we should have received. The entire day was stressful and full of driving to get a bike my daughter could actually ride!

    Broken Chain cover
    The chain cover came cracked and broken and when i reached out to customer service I was told I could send it back. As you can imagine sending back an opened, put together bike would be a bit hard. Not to mention having a heartbroken toddler when I take her brand new bike away she has been waiting for. I just asked for a discount on what i spent and was told i could only send it back. The bike itself was pretty. The sled was a bit confusing to put together and needed tools. Fast shipping.

    Hoping to get this resolved
    When received the chain guard was cracked as well as the toy sleigh child carrier. Problem has not been resolved and I had to give it to my daughter from Santa without those pieces on.

    Dirty bike
    Was expecting a brand new bike in a box, not put together. Bike was put together but looked like it was at the store outside in all weather conditions. It was VERY dirty. Very disappointed that we received such a bad conditioned bike for full price. Will be returning to store.

    Used Bicycle that is supposed to be new!
    Are you kidding me? A used and dirty bicycle? I recently had surgery so I ordered my granddaughter this bicycle for her birthday because going to the store is difficult. The bicycle was thrown in a box, no protective wrapping at all. The top was another oversized box that wasn't taped on. Pieces are broken off and it Is filthy. I dont have time to reorder. I can't believe that you had the nerve to send garbage like this. It was either a returned used bike or an over used floor model. Teach your employees what should or should not be shipped. I could have gotten better at a second hand thrift store.

    Cute but cheap
    My three year old daughter loves the bicycle but a piece of the babydoll carrier was broken upon arrival. She rode it one time and another piece broke off. It seems to be cheaply made.

    goes together really easy minus the doll part. we couldn't figure out how to put it on even with the instructions. bike did come damaged but nothing we are worried about

    Packaging Nightmare
    Great product if the bike was packaged properly. Because parts of this bike are plastic they should have placed bubble wrap around or on the plastic parts and marked the box as fragile. The box it came in looked like King Kong delivered it. The box was collapsed and taped up to keep the broken box together. When I opened the box and took out the pieces I was disappointed to find it cracked and broken. I will say that this bike was incredible easy to assemble.
