Basic Scooter
Simple 2 piece scooter. Handlebars don't swivel, rider has to lean left/right on board to change axle direction, like a skateboard. Pretty Frozen artwork. Daughter loved it after she figured out how to steer.

    Got it as a birthday gift for my daughter. She loved it! She's been using it all over the house. It was between this one or the other one that blows bubbles but if o would have gotten that one I would not have let her use it in the house.
