    Do not purchase
    Bike arrived dirty and even ripped. It's disgusting not sure who in the right mind would even think it's okay to mail out this bike in the condition it was sent to me. I ordered this bike so it would arrive on time for Christmas for my daughter. And it arrived but in horrible condition and now they want me to send it back and they'll send me a new one when Christmas is in 2 days it wouldn't arrive on time. The online chat is trash and not helpful at all. Don't recommend save your money and the hassle for the delivery people

    Very unsatisfied
    Ordered online for in store pickup. Got an email later that day saying they canceled my purchase. So we decided to order online and have it delivered. It's a birthday gift for our daughters birthday coming up. Just got the box 2 days after it said we would get it, fedex sucks, and the doll part on the bike is broke, tire is flat and pedals are dirty. We will NEVER buy anything online from walmart again. We are pretty ticked off considering we spent $82 dollars on a bike that they said was new but has been used. We want our money back. You can see the sticker that was on the seat had been ripped off and you can see where the doll part is broke.

    Lousy customer service with their chat
    Ordered this for our granddaughter for Christmas. It arrived today. It was assembled and in a big box with no padding or secured in any way. When I opened the box the doll carrier is broken. I got in touch with the help center. Guess what? Frank was no help. I was given a phone number and told to call that number. All I want replaced is the doll carrier. For some reason he wants me to return the whole bike. Extremely disappointed. And do not refer to me as dear customer on every reply.

    Disappointing
    I order this bike for My granddaughter and I received it with the wheels dirty like some one was riding it and the doll seat was broke. I'm so disgusted. PLEASE DONT ORDER IT
