Design Change
I have used these 20 ounce cups for several years. I liked the stable, wide and shorter cups. Just purchased, and discovered the design has changed. The 20 ounce cups are taller, and more slender. Cups do not fit my vehicle cup holder well. Too much play, with wobble when turning corners. Disappointed with this design change. Also, I have not found a lid to fit. The old 20 ounce lids do not fit. Attached photos have old 20 ounce cup on left, and new cup on right.

    Dixie easy to hold cups
    These cups are heavy duty and easy to hold wherher hot or cold liquids are used. They come in variety sizes for convenience. Lids can be purchased separately and are also convenient for carrying.

    Good coffee cups
    These are good cups for hot beverages. You don't need a sleeve to protect your hand from the hot coffee. I don't like using foam but need something that is reasonably priced.

    No Lids!
    I didn't even know these cups were sold without lids, but apparently they are. I have 176 “insulated” cups without lids now! Such a bummer, because the insulation doesn't work as well without the lid, so this pack defeats my purposes. I gave 3 stars because this is still a good cup, but had to dock it 2 stars for not including lids. I assumed they were in there, so that's my fault I didn't make sure, but they're included at other Mass stores, so I didn't even think to check. Just beware if you're considering buying this package of PerfecTouch cups!

    The cups have an oily coating
    I always prefer the Chinette cups, but since they were out of stock, I purchased Dixie. They arrived very fast, but the cups all have an oily feel to them. There are droplets at the bottom of the package. If it were not for the pandemic and no other cups available, they would be returned. Have to rinse each one before using.

    Great everyday cups.
    I use these cups every day for coffee. I also purchased the Dixie Cup lids for them. I especially like that these are insulated cups. There is no need for a cup wrap and the insulation feature makes the cups more durable than the non-insulated. The 12-ounce size is perfect for making a cup of coffee with K-Cups.

    we like them because they don't have a slippery finish. although they have been cheapened up in the last couple years. use to use one cup for a cup of coffee. they must be thinner now because I fill one cup and the sides get soft so the need for 2 cups

    5 Star? no way.
    Sad - would have been a 5 star - great cups - but NO LIDS AVAILABLE! Ended up going to the 16 oz size so as to have extra room/safety when using the cups. Like stocking 1/2 of a recipe. Not useful. Overpriced. Very insensitive and illogical by Sams purchasing folks. Here's a great deal on an automobile, but no tires that fit are available..... Quite the waste.
