WALMART.COM HAS UNRELIABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPTS.
WALMART.COM ONLINE ORDERING HAS BECOME SLOPPY AND THERE IS NO WAY TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE IN THE USA ABOUT THEIR POOR QUALITY SERVICE FROM THE CALL CENTERS. QUITE AN UNPROFESSIONAL WAY OF TROUBLE SHOOTING ; ALONG WITH THE UNABLILITY TO CREATE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!

    i like its small size just dont like the door lock my puppy is smart and he can unlock it so I have to fix the door with a rope to make sure he dont get out

    Cats won't go in
    Looks good, mat feels warm, easy to assemble. But, none of my 4 cats (including the feral one outside which is who I got it for) has stepped inside. I have two larger dog houses outside with warming mats in them, the cats have been used to those, perhaps that is the issue.

    Excellent dog crate for Labs
    This crate is almost perfect. The only thing I dislike about it, is the gauge of the wire they used. It's a pinch on the skinnier side. But, I suppose if they used a thicker gauge, that would be reflected in the asking price, hence the old adage : You get what you pay for! Assembly? No assembly was really done, and I didn't need any tools whatsoever to get it ready for my fur babies. The crate comes pre-assembled. All you have to do, is unfold it and snap on a few of the clips to secure it. Think of the assembly as easy as folding the legs on a table. It took me only three minutes to have this ready. For those of you wondering if this is comfortable enough for a Labrador Retriever, I've included a picture of my adult, male Chocolate Lab (he's not going to grow any bigger...well, except for maybe his gut). He has lots of room to stand up and move around.

    Easy Assembly and Delivery was as promised!
    Our Motel 6 for our Boxer Pup, when we have to go out for a while. She isn't fond of it, but she'll get use to it!
