    All Dole Gel fruit bowls are great!!
    The Dole Gel bowls are a nightly favorite in our home! Even though it is sugar free they sweet taste of the fruit shines through!

    I like the regular [with sugar] version better; but when you are diabetic as I am then I don't really have a choice. IMPORTANTLY, I should also note that as I can't drive, the Walmart Delivery App is how I get my food and basic home needs. It is the least expensive of the delivery options available to me. But if you use it you will find it has a serious flaw in that there are two basic delivery choices, One is to have the delivery [put] at your door. The second is to have the delivery made so that it must be signed for. I can and have fallen down and had to get help from fire dept. because a serious flaw in the delivery app is that if you choose the "must sign for option" the delivery program changes the selected option back to leaving it at the front door once placed !!! The only way I got this changed was for the staff that works in this area to make changes in their notes for delivery contractors to always require that my deliveries must be signed for. On my next order I will find out if these delivery instructions are actually read and followed.

    Love these!
    I'm totally addicted to these sugar free Dole Gel cups. You get 4 to a pack and they are only 50 calories a piece and no sugar, that's right~ absolutely no sugar but they taste delicious. I keep these stocked in my fridge because they have become a family favorite. I love jello but these are even better with lots of fruit added. So happy Dole came out with a sugar free version.

    Dole Mixed Fruit in Sugar Free Cherry Gel
    This item tastes great! It's convenient, doesn't have to be refrigerated prior to use. Great for diabetics...fruit and gel combo. Although would be nice if there was additional flavors available.

    My husband eats these as a snack in between meals. He's diabetic and has to watch his sugar intake. These fit the bill. We go through a couple of cartons of them every week. Even my kids like these. I only gave it 4 stars because I'm vegetarian and don't eat gelatin so I've never tried these. But I have eaten the plain fruit which is very tasty.

    A little sweet for dessert
    This is a product that does not need refrigeration. It's pretty good for a sugar-free product. The fruit is firm and not mushy and the jello is not too sweet. Good to keep on hand.
