Dr. Teams Sleep Lotion is Amazing
I love Dr Teals products! When I saw this on the shelf, I knew that I had to try it. I love the packaging! It's very appealing and informative. I love that the container stands up on my shelf and has an easy to open lid. The lotion comes out very easily.
This lotion smells absolutely wonderful and softens dry skin. It contains Shea Butter, Cocoa Butter, and Vitamin E which really help to moisturize, nourish, and renew dry skin.
It contains Melatonin, Lavender, and Chamomile essential oils to promote a good night's sleep. It doesn't contain Parabens or Phthalates.
It's very lightweight, not heavy, or tacky. This is a very relaxing way to end your day and get a good night's sleep. I will buy this again.

I love the way
I love the way this smells but it's not very moisturizing, the consistency is thin, & I haven't noticed a difference with my sleep.

However, I’m not thrilled with this lotion. It does have a nice scent of lavender and chamomile, but it just does not apply to the skin very well. It feels a little drying and like it just kind of sits on top of the skin. I would not re-purchase this product, and think it could benefit from a new formula.kathrynelisa

Using the system of Dr. Teal's Melatonin sleep products is a great recipe to feel relaxed and soothed. I've also found it to be an amazing alternative to taking melatonin, all the calm without the grogginess the next morning. The melatonin lavender and chamomile sleep body lotion has an even stronger scent than the series foaming bath and scrub, however its not overpowering, but balanced enough so that if you are using it at sleep time it not only softens skin but acts as aromatherapy. The lotion is very thick so a little goes a long way, a light and sparingly application will go a long way. I use the lotion as the last step in my bathroom routine after getting out of the shower from using both the foaming bath and the Dr. Teal's melatonin scrub.mimivrose
