I loveeeee taking a bath with this brand of epsom salt. It smells nice and does the body good! I even use some to exfoliate my feet and heals from time to time. It's super cheap and can be bought almost anywhere.

When it comes to relaxing time this is my go to the plus the eucalyptus leave helps relief from the symptoms of a cold helping to clear the sinuses.

    Dr. Teal's Epsom Salt Soak
    This stuff is pretty amazing. I got sick with a healed cold this past week and was working a ton. I used this to help relax me, help my body pains and open my sinuses. It was an amazing bath and it's gone now so that says something!

    I save this scent
    I save this scent for my most stressful weeks! I leave the bathtub feeling so rejuvenated and relaxed, I love to pair it with the bubble bath stress relief. I recommend all of Dr.Teals products, they are well worth the hype! Immediately I can feel the cooling of the spearmint and the epsom salt really helps with any aching or soreness. Will always be a staple in my “me-time” bubble baths!

    Dr teals epsom salts are a nice addition to any bath time. They help you relax with the great scent and help sooth your tires muscles. The oils also leave your skin silky smooth and moisturized after use, what more could you ask for. As I'm sure you can tell from all of my reviews I am a fan of this brand. I love to use the bubble bath in conjunction with the Epsom salts, sometimes for relaxing sometimes to help me fall asleep. This is probably my least favorite scent from Dr teals. I feel really bad saying that because I still really like this one, it's just that all of the other scents are that much better. This one is still great just eucalyptus and spearmint is everywhere. This was actually the first sent that I bought from Dr Teal's so it's not that I dislike it, I guess I'm just bored and I moved on to other scents. I still use it, and will still probably purchase it in various times in the future, I just tend to grab for the other scents first.
