Love this swing, I was alittle nervous about the baby rocking and tipping over but its pretty sturdy and I love how it glides side to side instead of front to back. I can play my own music with the Bluetooth option and I can have it turn off on its own. Nice to have a remote that came with it too.

Didn't work
Really disappointed it did not work at all, it would turn on but just jerk half an inch to the left. No swinging motion. Returned and purchased a Mamaroo instead.

    great until it wasn't
    me and my baby both love this swing! we got it as a gift for the baby shower and used it for about an hour a day for 3 months, went to turn it on one morning and now it almost sounds like it's making a skipping noise, it powers on and makes sound but it won't swing no matter what setting I put it on.

    Miracle swing!!!
    We graciously got our Zazu swing as a baby shower gift and are so happy we chose this swing over other “name brand” styles. You can't even hear it going, even at the highest setting which is nice for a short cat nap for our little one.(supervised of course)She loves the music and the attached “friends” that came along with the swing. As a first time mom, sometimes you feel like nothing is working when you've got a fussy baby, but when I put her down she instantly calms down. We love our swing and use it EVERYDAY!

    Good swing
    Overall good little swing. Love the size for small spaces/traveling. Also appreciated the netting on the canopy, for outdoor use. However, it claimed it had 5 speeds…. We felt it really only had one.

    I bought this end of March 2021 I never opened it I ended up having my baby 2 months early on June 29 my baby came home July 20th I used it a week later bcuz he was only 4 lbs when born n 5 lbs when he came home it was still entirely too big when he became 6/7 lbs the volume was very low it wouldn't swing at first I had to push it it was swinging good then all of a sudden it kept cutting off every time u cut it on then it just completely stopped working last week with red battery n red lightning bolt and it doesn't come on anymore my baby just made 2 months so it didn't even last the 6 months it said

    Good Buy for newborn
    Help me so much for the first few months. Especially with colic episodes. She's too big for it now and Im happy to pass it on to someone else. Very good purchase for the first 5 months.

    Cute and good initially. Broke in two months.
    I really like the design of this and the low profile. The songs it plays are actually super sweet and classic, compared to so many baby things that play music.. thinking of bouncers and play gyms. But unfortunately it has stopped working at two months in. I guess I got what I paid for. A little disappointing.

    Love the smallness of the swing but mine constantly shuts off on its own right after turning it on no matter what room I plug it up in , in my house. Even with batteries. Also states it's for newborns but my newborn is too small for it even with the straps fully tightened

    purchased this for my newborn. the description states its for newborn up to 25 pounds. she was way too small for it. she weighs 9 pounds. also. it says it has 5 different swinging speeds. well the swing hardly moves. maybe 1/4 of an inch left to right. and all 5 "speeds" were exactly the same. I returned it immediately.
