Terrible product
This vacuum has some major flaws. The canister is very small and needs to be emptied often, however, the only way to empty it is to remove whatever attachment is currently on. This has made the connection port dirty and almost impossible to get the attachments on and off in order to empty the canister. And, after having the vacuum for 4 short months the main motorhead got hair and dust wound up in an internal mechanism and melted the part inside so the motorhead is now broken. I had a dyson animal and have loved it, but i have had to replace the battery multiple times, so I spent $600 on this new vacuum only to be extremely dissatisfied with the extremely expensive product.

    Just splurge
    I have a cat who sheds SOOO much and carpet. I had a previous vacuum but I felt that it was not enough. Buying this was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Also, as someone who struggles with chronic pain, this is very easy to lift and move unlike the other vacuum.

    Pricey but seems to be worth the $
    This is my first cordless cleaner and I couldn’t be happier with its performance. The package arrived on time and in perfect condition. Its amazing how much dirt and debris this vacuum cleaner removes from the hardwoods and even rugs. I didn’t think I would appreciate the laser light, but I was wrong. It really helps to pinpoint areas that need extra attention.

    hey its a dyson! u cant go wrong!
    very lightweight probably the best vacuum i have ever owned and shark was my vacuum for years but now im a dyson girl lol i love it! it has very strong suction and a long battery life iv never ran it completely down after doing both downstairs and upstairs works well on carpet and hardwood flooring. I'm happy!

    Received my first Dyson V12
    This new V12 Dyson is very light weight, came with several attachments including the laser light detector attachment. Pretty neat invention that shows the dust where you may not see it. It is a really nice vacuum. Although I have to take the cup completely off to get all the pug hair off of it, it doesn't all come off when I slide the red handle. Not a big deal as it is easy to slide back on. It does pick up the hair really well. And so easy to use with the swivel head.

    Good quality
    It really works super well. It even works better than roomba. I have two cats and I have to vacuum the carpet every day, and I have used many different brands of vacuum cleaners, and I don't think they are as thorough as the dyson. And it's not too loud, so you don't have to worry about disturbing your upstairs neighbors, so it's friendly for families living in an apartment. It's worth having. It is one of the best I have ever used.

    The price for this item was so much cheaper than at any other store I attempted to purchase from. Delivery was extremely fast as well. This was a gift so I cannot speak to the quality of this particular product at the moment but I have many Dyson products and have never been disappointed.

    Game Changer!!
    If you have a bad back, or any joint issues, and a dog or dogs that shed a ton, you want this vacuum. Its super light and you don't have to drag a canister around or plug and unplug it. I am adding a photo of the floor. The section of floor on the right is unvacuumed but how it looks to the naked eye. As you can see, the infrared light it amazing. it also traps the hair so it can't fly away and avoid being sucked up

    Great Vacuum
    I purchased the v12 three weeks ago. This is the first Dyson vacuum that I owned. So far, the v12 performed beyond my expectation. It picks up dust from hardwood floors very well, and I love the laser dust detector. I gave this a four star as I noticed a scratch on the vacuum tube. The scratch could be from shipping.
