Had to Return. Could not contact manufacturer.
The manufacturer must have sent the parts package for different chair. The holes for the wheels were on the side of the frame and the instructions showed them on the top. The power supply connector would not match up with the chairs receptacle. Also the photos description said leather and the and the chair is fabric. A nice fabric, but not leather. There is no way to contact the manufacturer that I, or Walmart could find. I would rather have the correct parts than return the chair.

    Very pleased!
    Bought this for my husband, and he really likes it. He is six feet tall, and the chair is a bit shorter than needed, but he says it supports him well. Also, with recovering from two back surgeries, the lift feature is a blessing. Overall, we are super pleased with this chair.

    The chair came faster then expected which was good. I thought the recliner was going to be bulky like the last one. The last one the remote would mess up by not working sometimes. Trying to locate another remote for the old recliner was not an option. I left emails with Walmart and the other company to replace the remote but no one responded back to me and I needed the recliner lift for my Dad.

    Walmart. my lift recliner.
    love my chair. it is so much more comfortable than my wheelchair all day. They left it in front of my door. I understand policy. said it was to big to move threw my handicapp doors. My nephew had no problems with it. I do love it . Thank you Wamart.

    Bought this chair for my 82 y.o. Mom. It helps a lot for standing up and sitting down. So much better than pulling on her arms to help her get up. I was pleasantly surprised at how well made and comfortable its made, since others I shopped for were twice the cost.
