It's very good...i bought 2 others from hiboy before this one, both of which were crap. Had to return both. Third one was the charm..will stick to evercross for future

Awful support. Christmas gift failure.
Significant issues with pairing. I purchased this model specifically to lock it with the app. You'd better hope you don't have to contact their support because it's remarkably awful, I was hoping I'd get lucky, and everything would work. If I had heeded the reviews, I would've bought from a different company, even if it meant paying double. I've probably exchanged ten emails with them, and no solutions were provided. Their support sends generic instructions, which did not work for me, then they ask for videos, which I provided, and now they're requesting a video of the app itself, which is impossible because my app and camera are on my phone. This was a Christmas gift, and their terrible product and lack of support resulted in absolute frustration. Easily the most regrettable purchase I've made in a while. If you decide to take the risk and purchase Evercross, I wish you the best of luck.

    Nice $380 scooter
    This one has better price than Gotrax G3 Plus, it's better built. The motor is 500w and not 350w, it has an amazing regenerative braking. Do not rattle when riding on bumpy road. It has front and rear suspension that absorbs bumps better that Gotrax with air filled tires. This one has honeycomb tires, so I don't worry if I will go flat. The battery has 10ah and last longer.

    Decent product
    My son loves it. Is far the only down side is that it is heavy, and the price was 20 less the day I received it. Wal-Mart couldn't price adjust because it's a 3rd party they said. I paid the full 479. 99 It was a timely delivery. Overall well built.

    Decently good for the price
    Reasonably easy to assemble. One of the screws wouldn't fit and the wrench appears to not be a perfect fit. It's fairly good sized. I'm about 190lbs and 6'3, and it clearly appears like it's right-sized for someone of my build. Tested in the neighborhood and was reasonably speedy, matching expected speeds. Don't like that you cannot "shift" out of ECO mode without pressing the power button. Should just be a gear shift type function. Also the brakes are a bit aggressive compared to regular bikes. My only other concern is that it's a bit unstable at lower speeds (when you're starting up) and slightly difficult to stabilize. This is because of the way the acceleration curve works; it's a bit aggressive even in ECO mode.

    I love this scooter, it’s been doing me wonders! Just be careful riding it in the rain to wet surfaces! You will slip off! But other then that it’s been really good and can climb some low hills! !

    As advertised. Easy setup. Fast fun packed full of features. Kids wife and I all love cruising it around just having fun. Smooth fast enough and comfortable as far as scooters can be. Will be buying another since someone's always taking it joyriding and I'm always stuck waiting for a turn.

    I’ve owned this scooter for
    I’ve owned this scooter for approximately 9 months now. I’ve transitioned from using it in an urban environment to using it in many different areas after moving aboard my boat and traveling full time. Overall the scooter has been a great fit for me and I’m very happy with my purchase. Pros: very durable - I’ve taken it off road, through grass, dirt, gravel, etc and it holds up really well. Quick - I’m 6’4” and 200 lbs and I’ve had no problem reading 19mph consistently. Yes, I’m not getting that going up hills. Pretty quick to charge - only takes about an hour or so to get back to half charge after a complete drain Great support - customer service was very quick to send a replacement part after the handlebars locking mechanism broke. Solid tires - I’ve already run over enough crap to know if they weren’t solid I would have needed to replace them. Cons: Range/Battery Life - I know I’m not the smallest adult to ride one of these, but I can only get maybe 15 miles out of a charge. Hills and really smashing the throttle will obviously reduce that to less. However, I think the listed range comes from an 80 lb person riding it at really slow speeds.
