NiteLean works!
I really like the brand and have found all products I've tried of being of good quality. I've been using NiteLean for a couple of weeks and I can tell I sleep much better when using it. Would definitely recommend this product.

    wow this product has worked so far. please understand if your over 250 pounds please be advised you will have to start your body with oatmeal in the morning and stay below recomeded calorie and sodium levels. quit the surgers, drink purified water alkaline ph 88 or higher at nite take one tablet. Eat more salads and use a treadmill and walk a mile everyday or run. now take lean for daytime also works ??? your calories intake should be around 2,030 intake half of that with fresh calories. the biggest challenge patience and time. I was over 240 pounds two weeks ago and now I am 219 as this morning. great product it does work if you put in place the right program for your self every everybodys body is different. This is my program that has helped me to lose weight. I have always had a hard time losing weight. I hope this will help people in the long run ohhh one more advice listen to trance techno music during workout just added perk ?

    I am happy
    TThe fat burning in your sleep thing is beautiful! I am shocked at how easy it is to fall asleep AND wake up. Melatonin is the winner in this supplement. I used to get distracted by my phone and PC before but now I can fall sleep anyway. I need this for during the week. I also noticed that my skin is glowing and that I look better. I am recommending this supplement to everyone I know for sure. I am happy!

    I have used melatonin in the past to aid in sleep. This product is a good sleep aid with the added bonus of metabolism enhancements. I am able to fall asleep quickly and get a restful sleep with the product.

    I cannot believe how well I have been sleeping since taking EVLution Nutrition NiteLean just over 2 weeks ago. It relaxes me and I drift quickly into sleep the moment we turn the tv off. My dreams are vivid and my sleep is restful, deep and I wake up feeling refreshed and ready to go. As far as weigh loss I would say after a great nights sleep I am able to hit it at the gym as well as get everything I plan to knock out in a day and then some. I am already fit and health conscious, but I love adding new nutritional healthy items to my regimen. I would buy this again for sure.

    Getting good sleep
    I've always had a tough time getting to sleep and generally lay in bed for quite some time before drifting off. When I take this I start feeling drowsy pretty quickly and fall asleep before I know it. Sleeping well and cutting weight, really enjoying this product.

    Great sleep
    I was using regular melatonin tablets every night but was looking for something to involve weight loss, and that's when I saw this. It works just as well as plain melatonin to help me fall asleep but also has me waking up feeling lean and less bloated.

    I'm going through a cutting phase right now - trying to lose 5% over 6 weeks while minimizing a muscle loss. I take this before going to bed and I find myself falling asleep faster and deeper, probably due to theanine and melatonin. It's a clean product and has other ingredients I want to see (EGCG, etc.), so I plan to keep taking it.
