Great results then headache
I added Trans4orm into my everyday routine and I am glad that it did not make me sweat to death, unlike the other pills that I have taken before this. I noticed great results in my physical appearance and it helped me get past the plateau that I was stuck in for several months after losing more than 50 lbs. I take this every morning along with my pre-workout supplement, and then another in the afternoon, which I sometimes forget. I also work out six days a week and do lifts most of those days. Overall, I am seeing great results. However, after a couple of months of taking this, I started to have headaches. I do not know why, but I have been taking Advil and laying on heating pads to get rid of this awful feeling. I will stop taking this to see if this caused the headaches and true enough, I have not had a headache since I stopped. I love how this product helped me in my workout so I will slowly start to take it again in a couple of weeks. I will also find out if prolonged use caused the headache.

    Aid for my weight loss efforts
    I'm taking this with LeanMode, and the caffeine and other nutrients in this product are giving me a boost of energy. I'd advise against pairing this with LeanMode and the SHRED pre-workout cocktail. When you combine the three, your skin will become flushed and tingling, with a hint of worry thrown in for good measure. I was alright as long as I kept the SHRED pre-workout separate from the two supplements. I take it twice a day, once before work and once at lunch. Good concentration and stamina. I haven't begun my gym cut yet, but I'm confident that these will aid in my weight loss efforts.

    My favorite supplement
    I am not an expert on supplements but I have tried a couple of brands of thermogenics before and this one is my favorite so far. No crash and jitters. I like the clean long-term energy that it gives me. From 5am to 5pm, I have all the energy I need and more before I finally hit the gym at 5pm. It also suppressed my appetite although my diet is 5 to 6 meals/snacks everyday. I am absolutely happy with the results! I lost 4 lbs in just a week of using it. It may not be that much but losing weight cannot be done overnight.

    Great supplement
    Taking a fat burner alone will not yield results because it should be coupled with proper diet and exercise to actually remove those fats. Proper timing and dosage are likewise important. With that, I can say that this product helped in burning my body fat, suppressing my appetite, and giving a good boost of energy. My bottle is almost empty and I cannot give exact numbers yet, but I am raising my notch to the next level. I have noticed that my muscle tone became more defined, so it really worked in burning fat. In the first 2 to 3 weeks of taking this, I have noticed that my appetite was suppressed. It was quite strong at first, but my body eventually adjusted. I do not feel hungry like I used to be due to my high intensity workouts. I am just glad that I no longer feel the urge to take in so many calories and I am already full by eating small snacks only. I have also noticed that my energy was extremely high during the first three weeks that I became careful about taking pre-workouts after taking this. I can tell that my body has adjusted because I feel that I am no longer over-stimulated, just a nice clean energy feeling. I am alert, awake and focused. Again, be careful in using high stimulant pre-workout supplements when taking this. During workouts, I have noticed that I would build up more body heat. I still sweat during my normal routines and cardio. But if I wore my hoodie, it would be soaking at the end of my heavier routines. Great thermogenic effect, but remember to stay hydrated and use good judgment if you are located in warmer climates. In general, I am satisfied - lesser cravings, lower body fat, and higher energy. Price is reasonable too. Since, it gave good results, I will definitely buy this again.

    Amazing product
    This is an amazing product! My college son has been taking this while under an intense weight training program. In 5 months, he has lost 104 lbs and totally ripped! Oh yes, unbelievable!     This is the only supplement that I really need. I have been taking it for two weeks already and I have noticed that I have more energy and lesser cravings for junk foods. 8 lbs in 2 weeks!!!
