This does help.
I'm getting my 2nd box. This did help me. I have moderate to severe constipation, and this has helped me go use the bathroom. I have tried Benefiber, Metamucil, Miralax everything, like another one said. none helped me, so glad this has helped me. I dont have to take much Milk and magnesium now!!!

Regret this purchase.
Okay so it doesn't taste very good at all. I thought some of these reviews were just a little sensitive or picky when it comes to taste but they're right, it's gross! And unfortunately it did not work as advertised. All this did for me was constipate me. Sorry, tmi. I don't have a sensitive stomach at all so I'm really bummed it didn't work. Wish I could take it back.

    This tea works!
    This tea works! After drinking the tea for the first time, I wasn't sure what to expect, but within the first 12 hours I felt a relief of pressure from my abdomen. I also felt an absence of pain and discomfort, which I normally just deal with on an ongoing basis. I drink it almost daily, and when I do not, I can tell the difference! The taste is not the best, nor is it the worst, but if you drink it warm, be sure to stir it often.

    It works great. I have a bad bloating problem and this helps within a hour or so. Kinda pricey so I stopped for about a week and a half and noticed pretty quickly that I needed it. Only problem is you have to get past the taste. Absolutely HORRIBLE. I drink it as fast as I can. I don't know about it helping with weight lose but I know it works for bloat. Will continue to get because it's worth the massive effort to drink it.

    I suffer from constant bloat (and constipation) this tea is incredible! I typically drink 1 a day and it boosts my mood, energy and really helps with my tummy problems! I absolutely recomend!

    Works like a charm
    I drink these on the weekends or after I go the gym in the afternoons. My stomach feels great after about an hour of drinking one of these guys. I use a small cocktail whisk for powders like this so I don't have a problem mixing the chunks out. It tastes better with cold water, hot water makes it taste more bitter for some reason. I don't mind the taste and it is slightly sweet but don't expect sugary juice.

    I have started my second box of Evolution_18 Debloat Tea. I mix one stick into a full bottle of water. The taste is tolerable....tastes like vitamins and juiced veggies. I have moderate to severe constipation, and this has helped alleviate this problem. I have tried Benefiber, Metamucil, Miralax, and each of those made me worse and swell! I hope Bobbi Brown continues to market this Debloat Tea! However what is good for me may not be for someone else.

    Tastes vile but it works
    The taste is VILE. Doesn't dissolve well either. I drink plain tea and herbal tea all the time. I don't drink sugary beverages so I expected to like this. It's bitter, chunky and I could barely get it down. BUT... i think it does actually work. So for that I will hold my nose and chug it down. No pain no gain. Lol
