Great product!! I have mild
Great product!! I have mild rosacea, and EVERY skin care product leaves my face flaming. I was skeptical...but not only does this cream do wonders for my dry skin, it does not make the rosacea flare. Nice fragrance, and a little goes a long way. I also have the serum...wonderful product as well!

Disappointed in new formula
I was very disappointed in this cream. I had used another cream from Avene that was very thick and hydrating- it was so great for my sensitive skin. I thought that this cream would be its equivalent. However, it is very irritating on my skin and not nearly as thick or hydrating. Please bring back the old formula!

    I use the Hydrance Gel
    I use the Hydrance Gel morning and night and am a big fan! However, the Rich Hydrating Cream is ideal for around my eyes, an area that is particularly dry and sensitive. I use both products every day! They are excellent!

    Good moisturizer but strong perfume smell
    I like this cream, it is very moisturizing but the smell is so strong that I would not use this again. It is a very strong perfume smell. I wish they made a fragrance free option because I would definitely use that.

    Big Results in a Small Package
    Wonderful hydrating cream. Don't let the small size of the container fool you. A little bit goes a long way. Use with Hydrance serum for a lovely veil of hydration that lasts all day. It makes my face feel so soft and dewy. Very soothing. I recommend both products.

    please get rid of the fragrance in this cream!
    This cream is the only substitute I found for the discontinued Skin recovery cream rich, since it has mineral oil which it seems to be the only ingredient that keep my skin from drying out in winter.But the fragrance is not suitable for sensitive skin. Please consider getting rid of the fragrance in avene products, it is not needed.

    Hydrance is my absolute favorite!
    Hydrance is my absolute favorite! I love the Avene line altogether and have finally found a product line that works great for me. I am 59 and tried the Hydrance light for the summer but found that sometimes it is enough but even in the summer the original Hydrance really does work best for me.

    Favorite Moisturizer
    Of all Avene processes, Hydrance Rich is my favorite. It has a light texture but feels rich on your skin. I can use this alone as a moisturizer during the day and at night I apply this over RetrinAl. After years of using various skin products, I've now simplified my skin care regimen and I'm very satisfied with the results.

    I love that it's so
    I love that it's so gentle particularly for my dry SENSITIVE skin. However, I wish it were a bit richer and creamier. It's just more of a texture thing rather than the product itself.
