I love this bike! The instructors are amazing and so encouraging. I love seeing the growth of the class types, challenges and support. I haven't had any major issues with the bike in the first 90 days. I do have to tighten the pedals every few weeks otherwise there is a noise. Otherwise, very quiet bike.

I say OK because the seat doesn't come quite far enough forward and I'm not a short guy. Another thing I don't like is the swearing in the music. I had my 5 year old near me when they are saying the “F” work and others, not impressed. Other than that, it's fine.

    Love love love it!!!!
    The bike is gorgeous! I've gone almost 400 miles in my first month! Love it!! I did notice after a few weeks that the seat was tilted to the side. No amount of tightening would hold it. I was using a level and manually fixing it before every ride. It rubbed a sore spot on my leg that never seems to go away. I finally contacted customer service and asked if there was a defect or something and they wrote back immediately that there was and a new seat from the warranty was on its way to me. The customer service was excellent I'm just a little confused that defective seats were shipped out on brand new bikes. I'm surprised how much I like the echelon app! I assumed I would switch to another subscription but I'll stick with echelon! I have my fav trainers, and the live classes are fun! It syncs to my Strava so easily. Definitely recommend!!!!

    Great after weight loss surgery
    I recently had bariatric surgery and wanted a piece of exercise equipment at home to eliminate any excuses I had for exercising. This has been amazing. I have loved all my rides and the instructors are great. I'm still very much a beginner, but I've made so much progress!

    The Best investiment! Great Bike!
    This bike is the best gift I have given myself ever! So easy to get started and use. The classes are fantastic and there are a wide variety of workouts for every level of fitness. The bike itself super quite and doesn't take up lots of space. The seat takes some time to get used to but once your body adjusts it great. I especially love the coated handles really helps maintain a grip during challenging workouts. One suggestion is that for a shorter person it might be nice to have a way to bring the bars closer so not to lean so much. I guess my arms are short! But otherwise perfect. I have recommended to several people. Thank you

    I purchased my first Echelon Connect Bike at the start of the pandemic and really liked it. You did not need to pair this first bike with the app, which made it really convenient to ride. Unfortunately, last month it broke down, initially thought it was the crank arm- connected with Echelon and was told that I needed to purchase the warranty in order to get a new crank arm. The new crank arms came, I removed the one however turned out that it was not the crank arm, but rather the bolt that holds the crank arm to the bike which was cracked. I called Echelon back and they sent me a new bike, which arrived in less than 2 weeks. The new bike was an Echelon EX-5 which was an upgrade on my old bike, but you have to pair with the app in order to change the tension. There are some subtle differences in the bikes that I am just getting used to such as the handle bar shape and position, as well as the new bike is very back heavy. My only issue with the new bike is that there is a knocking sound when I pedal with a higher tension/ standing position. I am wondering if that is normal, or if there is a fix to that as it is a bit annoying.

    Pretty good to average bike
    Bike is built really well and seems like it will handle everyday use. Only thing I'm disappointed in right now is the tension setting. I don't like that you have to plug it in to use the setting, I don't like that it is all electronic, because when it goes out the bike is completely useless... I also don't like that the max tension is 32. Seems like I could use more resistance.

    The bike is okay. No matter how hard I tighten the handlebars they are still a bit wobbly, and the other day I had re-tighten the seat. My biggest complaint with this bike is that it has to be plugged in to register resistance levels, and it can take a long time, and lots of extra turning to feel the difference in resistance translate to the pedals. If you're not using the Echelon app, and say just want to ride to your own music, it can be very hard to regulate resistance.

    Great quality and price. Delivery was a let down.
    I love this indoor cycling bike. I purposely purchase the EX5 instead of the EX5S to be able to use this bike with the Peloton app which is cheaper than Echelons membership. I purchased this bike instead of Peloton due to the price and not having to pay the $40 membership. Its very quiet, connects to my phone or Ipad vía Bluetooth without any issues, and being able to see cadence, resistance and output its a must when doing the classes. The seat is very confortable as it can be after a couple of weeks, but remember that it is a spinning bike after all. I would recommend to anyone hesitant. Do be warn that Walmart screw my delivery. I could have ordered directly from Echelon with a discount and did not believing that I would get my bike in less than a week as promised; instead took almost two weeks and many frustrating conversations with customer service. It turns out my bike hasnt even shipped the day that it was supposed to be delivered.
