BEST BIKE
One of the best purchases that I have made for my health! I contemplated btw a more higher price bike with this one and I'm so glad I choose Echelon. I was able to get a quality bike without breaking the bank. Since the pandemic, I was unable to continue to safely workout at my gym and attend cycle classes. Now I am able to workout at home safely and have fun doing it!

The bike is ok. The levers on the bike feel cheap as if they will break when adjusting the seat between when my wife rides and when I ride. The pedals click the whole time I ride. There is no adjustment for moving the handle bars forward which isn't as big of a deal but it should be there. The biggest complaint overall is that you have to be connected to the bike in order for it to be operable. You cannot adjust the tension/resistance without being connected. This was a HUGE disappointment but I can see why because they want their monthly membership income so this keeps you attached. My BIGGEST complaint and when you get on the Facebook page you will see many others feel the exact same. Your stats after rides are constantly lost, live rides are filled with glitch issues, lots of tech problems and just not a smooth operation from the tech perspective. The instructors are great though and the bike is decent. I still think it is overpriced for what you get. Quality is under what you pay for and the tech experience is absolutely awful.

    Excellent exercise bicycle. You can quickly adapt to programs. Easy enough to assemble with good instructions. I have owned 2.5 weeks and love riding.

    I love the bike!! I'm so happy with this purchase! I use it all the time and the only thing I wonder is why didn't I get one earlier! This was an awesome decision! The coach training sessions are super cool and I frequently enjoy the scenic rides roo! ôåôåôå

    LOVE IT! So worth the money! Love the look of my white bike, very clean and doesn't stand out like exercise equipment. Shipping was fast. I put it all together myself easily. The classes are great - love that it is not so excessive and cheery, that gets so annoying. My only complaint is the resistance knob. You end up turning it so many times to go up enough and I find it is so big it is in my way sometimes. I am only 5'3‚ and my thighs rub it sometimes, I can only imagine if I was a larger person. It also makes it so youcan't squat down at all while standing up, but again that could be because I am shorter and I am used to doing deferent things like that at my local spin classes. But over all I would still buy this bike each time! Save a grand and get echelon over the other top brands!

    To be honest the bike is really nice, the belt drive is silent, the flywheel is a great size and weight, the construction is good quality and simple to assemble. I would have really enjoyed the tablet offer and I think there should be a computer version of the software as well as support for the Apple Watch. Really enjoy the classes

    Pro: Sturdy construction. Small footprint. Adjustability. Foot pedal stirrups. Quiet. Con: Uncomfortable seat that needs a pad. Tablet holder shelf is flimsy. Bluetooth connect does not disconnect automatically when you stop.

    I am new to using a stationary bike. I love the app, I use it on an ipad. There are a lot of beginner videos. I had to get a larger seat and a gel pad for the seat, but now I don't have any discomfort. It is very sturdy and even out of the saddle it is sturdy.

    The bike is great! The instructors are good. The music is not my husband, 2 teen daughters or my taste. None of us like it. We are age 13 to 50. There should be an options for dance/techno/remixes with few words. More like club music. Every spin studio I've be been to sounds like a club when most classes are going on.

    I got this bike as a winter time cardio machine, to make sure I get in a few workouts a week regardless of how bad the weather is. I find myself really enjoying the challenge of the classes and the device is extremely durable to hold me a 250 pound 6'4‚ guy with ease. Very happy with purchase!
