I really love it. The machine itself is great. I'm using it in my tiny home gym room, so I love how easy it is to fold up and take down. The folding up process is extremely easy and takes only a few seconds. I've really enjoyed the rides from the app so far. I do the scenic rides in the mornings when I want a relaxing, low-key workout. I like using the instructor led on-demand rides in the afternoon when I'm looking for more instruction/motivation. I would highly recommend this rower.

I bought this rower 1 month ago. The resistance has stopped working and customer service hasn't answered my emails for 2 weeks. I now have a $1200 clothes hanger.

    Echeclon Quality Build
    Overall, the quality and build of the rower is top notch. This rower is comparable to the Concept 2 that everyone loves. The only reason why I the rating loses a star is for the app connectivity. Buyers beware! The 90 day trial is only for Echelons lower tier work outs. ($12.99) If you'd like the same interaction as Peloton and access to live classes you will need to upgrade to their $40 plan, if not you can stay at the base, and do “free row” but it will not track leaderboard etc. Nowhere on the box or build manual does it state this information which is frustrating but after speaking to customer service their silence clarified everything. After upgrading to their top tier plan, it is definitely worth it. The classes have a good enough variety that make it fun, and I don't have to worry about any 3rd party apps to track any of my metrics. I can say wholeheartedly Echelon has a great product but can definitely improve on customer service and transparency of what you're getting from this product as far as app interaction and the LIVE mode. This is great alternative instead of spending the $1,500-$2,300 on a rogue rower. Hope this was helpful !

    2nd echelon machine and ready to burn the calories
    We added this to the echelon bike we purchased a few months earlier. Love the classes available to get you through a work-out. We also own a concept2 rower which is really the benchmark. This is smoother and much quieter since it is not an air rower.

    Really well made piece of home gym equipment. Feels very sturdy. Easy to assemble right out of the box. I purchased a one-year fit pass subscription and have found many great classes of various times that I can fit into my schedule. Overall, great investment in my health during this pandemic!

    Great Rower, but the live classes make it the best
    Had it for a month after having the bike for 6 months. Its perfect addition to the bike giving an all over workout. Well made and wisper quiet. You able to change the resistance right from the handlebars, so no stopping to switch.The Facebook community is amazing and makes this one of the best purchases. You do need a tablet or at least a phone to stream the classes.

    I enjoy the rower and I am glad I purchased it. The seat is comfortable and the rower is smooth. What keeps the rower from being 5 star is that it seems the rower is second or third fiddle. The app refers to it as a ride. I hear about the great live bike classes but the rower seems to be lacking. I am attempted to live rows and 1 I completed and the second my app shut down in mid row and lost all my data. The rower is well built and a tank.

    One of the best pieces of exercise equipment I've worked out on. Suffered a heart attack and had a stent implanted six months ago. Went through rehab using various pieces of equipment and made a full recovery. That was just the start of my new lifestyle of cardio workouts. Talked with my rehab team and they pointed me towards the rower as a better form of exercise. Living in the northern region of the nation I now have a equipment that I can use year round. I just started to explore the classes and have very impressed with the level of workouts and the instructions. The rower itself is well designed and easy to use. Very well built and designed.
