Poor
Left crank arm stripped out. This is a common problem as the owners manual specifically notes the problem and lists it as NOT covered by the warranty requiring consumers to purchase a new crank arm which I can not find anywhere and am now waiting response from the manufacturer on how to purchase one. Then I will need to pay a bike shop to install the new arm in hopes it doesn't just strip out again.

I'm hoping the manufacture sees this review and the new versions they make the frame longer.Raju

The rotor to my pedels snapped in halve the rear tire rim has to many jagged sharp edges that poke holes in the inner tube the braking system is all reverse and dont work. For 600. Dollars this bike just isnt worth itJeremy

( similar 36volt model), One bad , that company didn't honor warranty. The other 2, to recycler, in roughly 6,000 miles each. In my experience, 2 years 6000 miles = junk! This bike is just about the same quality. Only complaint cheesey looking graphics. Between the Walmart extended warranty and the A-1 service E GO! Just got my second one. Hope to get at least 2 years 6,000 miles! I may order the 48 volt/1000 watt too soon! Brakes and graphics could be a little better. Overall 5 stars. Very Low price, extended warranty at Walmart, outstanding service at E Go = 5 stars!john

We ordered another larger seat immediately as he is 74 active years old. Otherwise, my husband loves his new bike!!! He drives around the neighborhood and shows everyone his new vehicle of choice. The bike starts up after only a couple rotations on the pedals - and his speeds are plenty fast for him. Thank you for making a sturdy great looking electric bike!Sue

4.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser05/09/2021Great Value but readI like the bike in many aspects but also have some critiques. Excellent sharp look with the all black frame and all black battery, there is no logo on the batt like in the above picture which is better off. Seat is good for decent ride but too long (1.5 hrs) it ends up not being comfortable. Good battery life as I was able to go 20 miles with using throttle about 50% or so on mid and low setting on moderate flat/hill. MY ISSUE is the peddle is too low to the ground for clearance, taking a MODERATE sharp turn with the leaning peddle low, it will catch the concrete and you WILL crash. This happened on my first ride, which was a scare because I was going slightly fast, but the second time was when I started to take off and took to sharp of a turn with throttle which ended badly. Last thoughts are CHARGE battery completely, the battery meter is not very accurate when gauging how much you have left. It will say you have 2 of 4 bars left, but last bar is almost no juice because it runs out quick after the second bar goes. Caution using full throttle at all times, I cannot see the difference from low to high setting that much if at all, the trade off for how much battery you burn for high setting is not worth it, use the low/mid and peddle a bit, the batt will last much longer. High setting lasted me about 11 miles or so. Im 5'10 200 lb, the bike seems to fit pretty good/OK, but again the low pedals makes it more of a cruiser type. ONE HUGE thing is there is no suspension on the front as pictured, this thing hits a deep bump (even on sidewalk) and you better have both hands on, this is probably the single most least rated trait on this bike. OVERALL purchase I am happy, great value in my eyes and worth every dollar. Though I wish for how much I will be using this bike I would have probably gotten the fat tire for the extra $300 because of the suspension and extra cushion of the tire.Dan

The only drawbacks I can see would be the handlebars which are very low which leads to lower back strain, and brakes that are not so good. But overall a fantastic way to get around the city. Would highly recommend for commuters on a budget.Bryce
