best listen the the warning and start light
I used to be addicted to working doing high intensity workouts from Beachbody. After babies 4 and 5 I just wasn't eating healthy or working out and gained a bunch of weight. I need to get back on track. I took it for the first time today. I give credit to them for telling you to find your tolerance. I did start with 1 scoop and it was too much for me. 170 lbs. After about 25 minutes I started to feel all prickly. So I started my workout figured it kicked in. I don't have a heart rate monitor but I know it was up there. Got scary at times. I will say I do think it helped boost my endurance during Insanity but I did not like the way it made me feel at all. I will give it another shot but using half a scoop next time. And see if I like it any better. It's a good price but I think once this is gone if I can tolerate it, I'll stick to the other more expensive product I've used in the past. But i do see it has lots of great reviews. Maybe it's just me.

    Lasting energy and focus!
    The stuff definitely does the trick. I mixed two scoops before an intense four hour workout. This stuff definitely got me pumped up and gave me enough energy to last the entire session. I did 2 1/2 hours of weight training and an hour and a half of cardio. Gave me tons of energy and great focus. No distractions during the work out, was really nice. And I absolutely love this flavor. “Icy rocket freeze”, is by far my favorite. Sooooo good!

    Perfect blend
    Perfect amount of energy. Just enough caffeine to get me through a brutal workout after work but not keep me up all night. Great pumps but don't have any annoying jitters. the taste is excellent too!

    I make a protein shake as my first and last meals everyday. What I really appreciate about this specific flvaor is that it is made with real ingredients. I like how easily it mixes with water or almond milk. It is very sweet so I use unsweetened almond milk. In a personal blender it gets nice and oh so creamy. It is a better quality protein than regular whey protein shakes usually have. It's a great source of energy and nutrition especially before or after those long summer walks. Just the right amount of that icey freeze flavor and not overbearing.

    I'm normally not a fan of this flavor, but this one actually surprised me with how good it tastes. It has enough caffeine to give me energy without feeling jittery. The other ingredients make this a solid pre workout

    Six Star Pre-Workout Explosion is versatile pre-workout with a formula that help you do yeoman's work in the gym. The formula is headlined by 1.5 g of beta alanine, 1.25 g of betaine, 1.1 g of arginine and 135 mg of caffeine. It is a good mixture of ergogenics, stimulants, and NO boosters but heavier lifters are likely going to double-scoop this product (cutting into it cost-per serving a bit). The fruit punch flavor was a little strong but generally easy to drink. The serving mixed well in 12 oz of water, and hit quickly after consumption. I had some solid workouts with Explosion, including long lifting sessions using two scoops of the product. I generally would use one scoop for an hour of cardio and two scoops to get through heavy lifts like a leg or back day.

    I LOVE this pre-workout! It has a great flavor without being too sweet. It dissolves well and is actually a nice drink. I use it for my morning workouts. I can feel it working within 15-20 minutes of taking it. It gives me the perfect little boost of energy without feeling itchy or hot. I take a single scoop before my workouts and I have enough energy to stay motivated during my workout, even in the wee hours of the morning. You can't beat the cost per serving either! I love 6-star pre-workouts with creatine. I usually buy the fruit punch, which is at least palatable, though still quite tart. However, they were sold out last time so I had to buy the pink lemonade. Fortunately, the taste doesn't affect its usefulness, but man, that stuff is hard to swallow. But overall, if you can handle the flavor for the minute it takes to drink it, then it's worth buying. When you're trying to get in shape, nothing beats pre-workout. I wouldn't recommend taking the full dose every day, because it has a ton of vitamins you don't need. But it gives you that edge when you exercise…in my opinion I recommend it 100%.

    Love the Flavor, my favorite one
    Using this pre-workout for several years now, i can say i really love it. It's not overbearing like some of those "sketchy" pres but it has enough for you to dial it down or up on your preference. Great taste, good powder to mix, it doesn't take much effort to mix it in liquid. I have used those extreme end preworkouts and found it's really bad for my health and quit. I enjoy this SixStar one because it leaves me at a happy medium with honestly 0 complaints. Definitely give it a try. It's not overpriced like those other brands and the quality is there! and Pink Lemonade you can never go wrong with!
