Very High Quality Olive Oil
Undoubtedly this oil is of a very high quality it has a good flavor and is for people who like lighter oils. I was looking for a heavier oil, I miss the taste of when I was young in Southern Italy and they made an oil that was very green and very full bodied, just a little gave a ton of flavor. But overall, the Ellora is a great oil. F.M.

    Great tasting Greek evoo
Ellora farms evoo is fantastic. The taste is mild yet with a hint of peppery flavor. I found it quite tasteful in cooking with it, also dipping bread in it. I would highly reccomend it. Next to Italian evoo Greek evoo is the best. Try it, you will love it.

    Excellent EVOO!
I love the flavor of this EVOO, the tin is perfect for storing. I love that it comes directly from the source. Only downfall is the spout is messy.

A fine Certified Olive Oil !
It is sad that so much of the olive oil in market is spurious at best, and authentic growers and purveyors must rely upon certification--as does this wonderful oil from Crete. Many people who rely strictly on higher priced Italian oils don't realize that a large quantity actually comes from Greece. We have several different oils from Spain, Italy, California, and Greece in our pantry and very soon it will be just one as we have found our favorite in Ellora Farms. We buy this olive oil from a local store in Florida and stunningly surprised to find it on Walmart. Please note that it is a fragrant oil with a nice bite to it, which should come as a surprise to folks who may be used to bland supermarket fare. This olive oil proves that the Greeks were squeezing those olives long before the Romans were :)
