These little snack packs
These little snack packs are life changing! I have been working on being more mindful about my portions and if I didn't have these in 100 calorie packs it would be so much harder to be mindful! These are the perfect energy boosting snacks that I go for at the end of the work day when I'm about to collapse.

    I'm not super big
    I'm not super big on anything that is unsalted and I actually should increase my caloric intake to be honest I'm way too skinny so I don't mean that sound bad I've always been skinny but 100 calories maybe as like a extra piece to a lunch these would be okay but personally I would never buy something like this unless I was making like a series of lunches and it was a piece of that

    First the packaging looks attractive, you can not miss it due to the bold color and caracters. Second ,I love healthy snacks and Emeraldnuts did not added any preservatives. It's gluten free.

    The best pick me up snack for when I am on the go and starving! Love the mix of almonds and walnuts. So Yum! Can't wait to try other flavors and mixes.
