Not helpful at all
Very large pills that are a little difficult for me to swallow, and I usually don't have problems swallowing pills. After taking it for almost 3 months, my joints are actually hurting more. I will not be wasting my money on this product anymore.

    Take These Daily
    My knees would be lost without this Equate Glucosamine Chondroitin. If I forget a day or two of taking this, my knees are killing me. Once I'm back taking them, my knees are back to not hurting. I wouldn't go without these in my morning routine.

    I don't rate supplements.
    I do not rate food supplements because there is no proof of their efficacy. I take this one, hoping it will help my achy bones. I experience very little pain but don't know how I would feel if I didn't use them....
