Equate Weight loss Shakes.
We love these shakes. Just as, if not better than other more expensive brands. We keep them on had, not for weight loss, but for busy times, or when you're not hungry, but can have a shake, and get nutrients you need and would miss by not having anything, plus, they taste great.

    Convenient: fast and easy breakfast
    Convenient way to start the day. I wash down a serving of dry cereal (toasted oats, wheat bran, etc) with the Equate Shake. Provides a breakfast with well-balanced nutrition and good taste.

    Delicious!
    I needed to increase to 5 smaller meals a day. That wasn't happening. 2 of these a day make it possible, without scarfing down 1,800 calorie meals. I love it! By the way, these shakes are yummy. No weird taste like those shakes from the 90's. You will not regret drinking these.

    Great to have on hand in the fridge
    Just as tasty and less expensive than the brand name equivalent. Great when I need something in my stomach but don't have time to fix a meal; can take it on the go. Like these for taking my daily medications (I take 10 pills a day); they go down easier with this drink than they do with water.

    My son drinks these as an extra source of protein and calories, due to limited appetite on meds. He thinks they are delicious and they are working great to add to his diet as needed.
