Not Safe
This car seat is not safe! When in an accident the car seat flys off of the base. Totally not worth it just because you want it to be “easier” to get your child out. Unfortunately I’ve seen a lot of posts lately of how un safe this is, given all the good reviews that scares me that there’s kids and infants out there in this car seat. Please don’t buy, your kids should be more important than an easy way out. Child could end up severely hurt or not here anymore given how in safe this is. Thankfully the one that was posted about just being in an accident the baby wasn’t in it or she wouldn’t be here today, it flew off the base and got wedged in between the seats…don’t buy! I didn't want to spend the money because this is my last child and she was already 12 months but I am happy because my shoulders and back don't hurt when putting her in or out of the car seat. Which the regular car seat I would always feel pain or strain. It is easy to use and I love that when she falls asleep, I can always turn the car seat around from forward facing to back facing. Has a base that makes it even nicer and being able to swivel my child to me makes it much more enjoyable for both of us! My son is 4 now and it's just so much easier placing him in the seat with it being rotated toward the door he can hop in and out with ease! He's more comfortable in long trips. My only regret is not getting this sooner ?. Easy to install not like the old traditional clamps. The last seat we had, had to be cut out because the clamps for some odd reason just got stuck, couldn't pull to loosen them nothing worked so cutting it was the only option.Day

It's easy to buckle and unbuckle, it rotates easily and locks securely. It has a color guide on the side that allows you to see when it's locked securely in place, which is great for me when I don't have my reading glasses on! She loves the two cup holders. It's sturdy and solid and the fabric cover on the seat cushion is excellent quality. Should last a long time. We did a lot of looking, comparing, and reading reviews before deciding on this one. Plus, this is the one our daughter and son in law preferred. We are very pleased with this car seat and will definitely recommend it to anyone.CiCi

So we made the purchase to have one in our car for him as well for when he travels with us in our car. We love how easy it is on our backs to get him in and out of the vehicle! I do trust evenflo to ensure it's well made and durable enough to withstand a crash though. My only problem with the seat we bought to install once we got a new vehicle is that one of our LATCH storage hooks are missing?! This is important when our child transitions to a booster. I wonder if someone could send me the missing part? We have not installed the seat in hopes we get a response sooner rather than later.Maritah

The pads on them are bulky and not fully attached so they slide around quite a bit. And then where the buckle clasps between the legs, the hard plastic of the buckle protrudes quite a bit and feels like it would press into my little ones legs.Nicole
