The core charge is apparently added to the tax. The store does not know how to refund the core since it does not show up as a core charge. Very frustrated with my dog sitting in the car waiting for me. The total charge for the battery is $59.98 and $19.88

    If you are looking for a car battery that will last you a long time, this might not be the best option. This battery is good if you don't mind buying a new one once a year. It works well for short trips and occasional use, but it drains quickly and loses its charge over time. I bought this battery last year and it was fine for a few months, but then I started to notice that my car was struggling to start in the morning. I had to replace it after 10 months of use. So, if you want a reliable and durable car battery, you might want to look elsewhere.

    Not happy
    Brand new battery put it in the car didn't work take it back they say it needs charged and are going to charge it. I don't understand why brand new battery needs to be charged so I am not happy with the purchase at all. They should've just exchanged it for a new one to make sure that I don't have to come back later because the battery has problems.

    Buy your car battery in-store, instead of online.
    If you order a battery online, they charge a core fee, that when you go to the store to give your core in, they are not able to credit it back to your credit card. And the online support, can only offer you the email address of salestax@walmart.com to possibly get help on it within five business days. My store ended up giving me the credit, as if no receipt, so on an in store credit card. I had to waste three hours at the store to get it resolved.

    great battery for the price..there are two types of this battery ever start 26..then there is the 26R which means the positive terminal is on the right..had to exchange the battery twice because of that

    Super fast delivery with fair pricing
    The battery is great, just what I needed and the price was very fair. If you buy online and take your core back to store for refund be prepared to spend some time. Walmart puts the core charge in with the sales tax. It took about 15 min. and finding the right employee to make the refund happen.l

    Terrible Battery
    Less than 4 months after purchasing battery and it has to be jumped almost every time I start my car. I only drive my car every 3-4 days, but a car battery should last a while or longer than 4 days without going dead. I will be attempting to use the 1-year replacement guarantee to get a new battery.
