Just what I needed
This is perfect. Just what I needed to use during break and lunch To build up strength. Working from home is great but you get weak. This was able to help to build that strength

    Always Check the Box
    Always. Always. Always check the box before you drive off (curbside pickup) with the item. The box says it comes with an exercise guide but when I open the box, no guide. Do I take it back because the guide is missing? Not sure but I'll know better next time. Without the guide I have a weird shaped piece of rubber sitting in my living room.

    Nice addition to a stretching workout
    I personally have to have low endurance workouts, so I really like this core reformer from Gaiam Evolve. I would say it adds a light tension, and most everyone should be able to easily use this exercise tool. It isn't too difficult to stretch, which is nice. Each loop is the same size, so it doesn't matter which end you hold it on vs where your feet go. The grips are soft, flexible and comfortable. It does make it a little easier to strengthen and train your core by helping to things like lifting your legs. The box did include an exercise guide, which was also handy to have. I like this reformer to add to normal stretches or pilates routines because depending on how I use it, it can add to the resistance or help ease it.

    Variety of exercises
    I love the variety of exercises the resistance tube bands allow you to do. Keeping your core engaged is very beneficial in getting more intense of a workout. Always check the bands before use to make sure there are no holes or tears that could result in an injury if not noticed. Foot and hand grips are comfortable and do not slip out of position

    Great workout product
    I am actively looking for new equipment to incorporate into my workout routine. I really enjoyed these resistance bands. They were super easy to use. This product is great because it's easy to use at home, outside or pack up and use them outside the home. My muscles felt well stretched after using this product.

    Great at Home Workout Tool (fits 5'8” person great
    As a busy Stay at Mama I fit in my workouts when I can at home so adding options to vary my workouts at home is ideal. I have other resistance bands but no dual reformer bands and I love this one! Great quality rubber tubing which I like so I'm not nervous it will snap during a workout and hit me. The handles are a good sized and hold in place on my feet and small and dainty enough for my hands. I will say I am 5'8” and I felt like the resistance is good for me but if you're shorter you'll have to grip above the handles. There are many options I haven't tried but I would recommend this added to your home gym!

    Workout anywhere
    This is awesome. There is no need for bulky equipment to get a workout completed. This folds up into a small box for storage. The only thing that makes me nervous is that years ago, I had a piece of equipment sort of like this and after several years, the elastic broke and snapped me, causing a lot of pain. This seems well made so it hopefully would not happen, but it is always in the back of mind.

    These are well made great resistance
    These are great for working out to try and build your muscles. I am getting the same kind of work out for my arms as I could using dumbbells but these are so much easier to transport. You can also use them to follow the guide that is included and to do some basic workout moves such as the row or incorporate into your Pilates routine. These are great and I love that they take up hardly any space..

    Won't work for taller people
    This band seems like a good idea for an at-home workout, but during the first three minutes of use it snapped apart while doing the exercises in the exercise guide. At first I thought the tubing had split, but when I looked at all the other loops it appears that the tubes aren't securely connected. One end is literally just shoved in the other. There's no secure attachment to keep it from snapping you in the face. It took some effort and time by hand, but I slid the tubing over the knot on the other end, and made sure the other loops were more secure before trying it again. Unfortunately, two more loops snapped apart again the next day. I think this is best used by shorter people to do the exercises depicted in the pictures. My husband is 5'10" and he's too tall for it to stretch his full body length and over his head without snapping apart.
