BEAUTIFUL, WELL MADE & PRACTICAL
Wow! I'm so pleased with this yoga mat! Not only is it a lovely turquoise and tan color, it also appears to be very well made and of high quality materials. The top is a very pretty combination of turquoise and a sort of wheat color combination. The back side is solid blue and designed to keep the mat in place as I move around exercising, which it definitely accomplishes. It's 5mm thick, which in my opinion is just the right thickness to be comfortable but not too thick so as to interfere with my balance. It indicates it's made out of jute which I believe is good for sweat absorption. It also has a removable carrying handle, which is very handy. Overall, this is a very pretty, very practical, well-made yoga mat & I couldn't be happier with it. I would absolutely recommend this yoga mat.

DO NOT BUY
I'm extremely disappointed with this purchase. Every day I have to sweep the floor because the Matt falls apart. All the material that was used on top is always sticking me and shedding! I want my money back to be honest

    Messy. This may sheds its fibers on each use. First it shed jute fibers and now it is shedding the green fibers. Messy on the floor and fibers on clothes and body. I picked it because it is not stretchy. Stable on the floor. Going to sweep the floor now.

    So thin for a hard floor
    I wanted to use this Jute Yoga mat not just for yoga but for stretching as well. I found this mat to be too thin to support my sitting area. In fact is not comfortable to use this mat on a tile or wood floor because is so thin. It's ok for use on carpet or rug though. Because of this, I rate it as 2 stars and can't recommend it for those who want to use it on hard floor.

    Beautiful Mat! Immediate love of the colors
    As soon as I opened the package, I was in love. Beautiful mat with a nice natural almost fabric top. Great non slip foam bottom. Feels nice on your feet like a soft burlap. I love the attached strap for easy transporting.

    This mat is thick and very cushioned. The package actually says 6mm thick not 5mm. Both sides are non slip so that is great! I use mine for excercising on and it feels great! The length of it is awesome, it's very long. It is light-weight and easy to carry and comes with it's own adjustable carrying "strap". My daughter has one of these mats as well and since she uses it everyday she just leaves it out on the floor next to her bed to use as a floor mat and to use for her exercises. It's very easy to clean by just wiping it down with a wet cloth. Love it great product, great quality, and great price!

    Ticks ALL of the Boxes for me!
    I have recently taken up yoga and, as a beginner, I think that this is an excellent yoga mat. I really like it. It's a good thickness. It adds adequate cushioning for the times that I use it. It is lightweight, easy to move and easy to store. I particularly like the non-slip traction provided by the jute texture. I also find the subtle teal color to be attractive.

    Gaiam quality, best Walmart value
    I've had two Gaiam mats before this one. Bottom line: this is the same quality, lower cost, a bit on the stickier side similar to the more sticky Gaiam one I had before. This stickiness is better for yoga but worse if you are doing more active activities on the mat. The design is awesome - not monochrome but very natural looking. Love it!

    This is by far the heaviest, best quality yoga mat i've used! It is beautifully made with its blue heathered color! Very heavy duty compared to other mats i have used! It is definitely my favorite go to mat we have. More than long enough for anyone of anysize! It has a very nice "sticky" backing to it to keep it in place on tile or hardwood etc... Its heavy enough that it lays flat no problems unlike some cheaper mats we own, its a breeze to roll up and tie off with the very practical carrying straps! Very happy with this mat and would have no problem recommending it to a friend! A+

    time to renew my resolution to get fit
    Perfect mat for yoga or Pilates class. I however am happy for this encouragement for my at-home exercise program. The mat lays flat and in spite of its thinness, it is very comfortable. The bottom has a slight waffle pattern, just enough to keep the mat in place. A bit of moist wipe down makes the top just tactile enough to make positions easier to hold. If I do get ambitious and head to my gym, it is light weight and easy to roll up for carrying.

    Nice rubber backing
    This yoga mat has a thick non-slip rubber backing and is warm and comfortable to lie down on and do a yoga work out if you outdoors or on a tiled floor has provided sufficient padding to still make your work-out pleasant. It is easy to roll up and has adjustable ties and easy to carry, you don't need a bag.
