Well made
Have had this about a week and am very pleased with it. I throw it in my gym bag for a post workout stretch while I'm still warm. I've been looping it over a pull-up bar to get a deep hamstring stretch. Works great!

    Perfect for Physical Therapy
    I bought this because I had just recently had knee surgery, and the physical therapist has me using one of these. I decided to get this so I can do my physical therapy exercises at home. This is a very well made tool. The stitching is very strong. The material the straps are made of reminds me of two heavy duty large dog leashes sewn together. The price is outstanding. Even the Physical therapist was impressed! I have been using this now during my therapy. She stated it was better than what they have! This strap is definitely worth the buy. whether you are doing therapy, yoga, pre- or post- workouts, this strap is a great inclusion to any gym.
