The oil filter appeared to be used with oil in it. Took it back to local Walmart and received a refund. Glad I looked at it as soon as it arrived.

    Small but good price
    CON: Oil filters keep getting smaller. These filters are the "new generation" for an SUV I used to put a full size filter in. I used to cross reference to find the bigger true size filters but just too time consuming, if they even exist. This one was about 3 bucks though so I guess it will do.
