    Customer service is terrible
    The padding on top of the springs did not have two of the straps attached to it. I contacted customer service with the company and they responded with an email that they wanted to help. I have heard nothing back from them after I sent photos that they requested. The nuts and bolts have come out of the legs on one side. This trampoline may hold up 2 years at most.

    Cheaply made! Don't buy!
    Please do not buy trampoline, it breaks very easily and it's very expensive. It was bought as a Christmas gift and than it collapsed on its own in 3 months. I tried to reach out for replacement pieces that I was willing to buy. They stopped replying after saying they would help. I don't think it's fair that I payed 422$ and can't even be assisted to get replacement pieces. I could have went with a better seller and brand if I knew it was made so cheaply. Thank you for the terrible expensive!!

    Broke twice in 9 months
    It was great to start, but then after two months a bar broke while my kids were in it. The company replaced the bar, then three weeks later it broke again. Very cheap quality and dangerous. I have only had it for 9 months!

    Quick and easy setup
    We purchased this trampoline for our grandkids. They even helped to assemble it! Love the netting safety feature. This trampoline is easier to get onto than others we have used.

    Wow. I am seriously extremely impressed .. After reading all of the unhappy reviews and seeing some of the negative comments from customers about this item I was definitely hesitant and unsure about spending this kind of money for trash.... but then... I was completely pleased. It was a easy set up for 2 people... as long as it's put together correctly this is one of the safest trampolines I've ever seen. The net is outside of the springs giving your the full 14 ft. I am completely comfortable with my three-year-old jumping around withing around with it zipped up he could not fall out of the net if he tried If you have young children and are looking for something suitable this is the perfect option.. I'll say it again this is the best !

    Definitely was a lot bigger then I expected. It was easy to assemble. Took my husband and I about an hour to assemble. Our kids love it and so do we!
