this is great cereal for being a bran cereal. its a little sweet, doesn't taste like wood, the cereal is nice n tender not real hard like some cereals, i love too its not real high in calories. i love this cereal i will buy this again. i need this high fiber in my diet. if you enjoy a bran cereal or need to try one, you wont be disappointed

    This is the perfect cereal for those of us with type 2 diabetes. This cereal can actually help manage — and even lower blood sugar . Add strawberries, blueberries, or blackberries— all rich in Antioxidants which serve as a tasty, healthful breakfast. In fact , I just had cereal and berries for dinner . The high fiber content keeps you feeling full longer as fiber remains in the digestive track for an extended period. thereby preventing blood sugar spikes. In my view , this is the best fiber-rich cereal on the market.

    My favorite high fiber cereal, the original version. High in fiber making it a great breakfast cereal, topping for yogurt, or as healthy munchies. It's so hard to find it these days. This and the 70 calorie fiber one chocolate peanut butter bars are out if stick everywhere here in Minnesota :(

    Great tasting! I take vanilla Greek yogurt, nonfat and mix to her 3 tablespoons with the fiber one cereal blueberries raspberries strawberries. Very tasty very healthy.

    Healthy and edible -- sort of.
    This stuff tastes like cardboard, but throw a little fruit on it and it's downright edible. I eat it because it's very high in fiber, low in fat and sugar, and it has a bit of protein. In other words, it's much healthier than most cereals. The price has skyrocketed recently, but I guess that's to be expected.

    Fiber One Cereal - my breakfast cereal!
    Fiber One Cereal is high in fiber and has 0g added sugar. I've been watching the amount of sugar in my diet and typically start the day with Fiber One Cereal and a banana or raisins. It's tasty and easy to prepare!
