Amazing bench for everything they show you. And if you're a gym rat and you know your way around a health club there are so many things you can do with this bench worth every penny sturdy strong like I said so many different exercises you can do with this bench position the back support 4 incline dumbbell

Bad customer service
Customer Service at Finer Form is terrible. Directions to put this together are confusing. Called Customer Service 3 times and emailed once. No response. Seems like a great product but if the company doesn't call me by tomorrow, I m returning it.

The photos of the gal demonstrating exercises really inspired me in to add that exercise to my own program.. The box arrived pretty beat up, I took photos of it in case proof was needed of damage, but the parts are well packed and there was no damage. It was easy to put together, fairly fast actually, and everything fit together like clockwork. I'm a 60 year old gal, so I was very thankful for such great instructions inside, and everything being well marked. The metal is very heavy duty solid, the bench matt is moderately comfortable but very striking to look at. Overall a beautiful journey for the soul to connect to the excitement of a new article for the garage gym! Can't wait to get started!!!Rebecca

I does seem to work OK, I weigh 250 lbs so it is a teeny tiny bit wobbly, but I think it will do well enough. Finish seems decent, padding is a little thin but ok for the price.Paul
