Doesn't even work a little bit, not at all. Suppose to hold for hours and most of the time it doesn't last for even 2 bites of food. I was told by my dentist it's way better than the gooey stuff, but that was not true at all, the other stuff holds a little better. This stuff didn't hold at all, then makes whatever your eating taste like nasty mint cuz they wouldn't stay held down like they were Suppose to and now all that worthless powder that was supposed to stick is going threw your mouth now.

    Better for some than paste
    Started using this when it could pass through at the airport. Never went back. Does a great job of preventing dentures from "Clopping" about in your mouth.

    Works well
    Elderly Dad uses this and says it works as good or better than the pastes without the mess they tend to create. The manufacturer apparently has issues making the bottles sometimes as they will occasionally poke the hole a bit off-center which causes the powder to spray sideways.

    5 star product. smart item. they're my go to for my denture care. good price. happy with this purchase. you really don't need to use a lot. I've not needed to reapply during the day. they keep their hold and stay secure.

    It Works For Me!
    I have been using this product for years (part time)! What I mean by that is that I use a denture paste on both uppers and lowers on a given day, we will call it day one. After the second day, my lower dentures are getting loose. On day three, I use this Fixodent Extra Hold Denture Adhesive Powder to comfortably hold my lower dentures in place. That night, both upper and lower dentures are generally loose, so I soak them overnight in a denture cleanser. That brings me back full circle, and I start again at day one with bright, white teeth!! It is a bit "convoluted", but it works for me.

    Great Product!! Best hold Ive ever found!
    Hold tops for two days! Can eat steak, corn on cob, spare ribs... great stuff! Wet dentures, powder over entire inside of plate (not just few spots but entire plate) flick off excess powder into trash. Place in mouth appropriately, hold part over roof of mouth for a minute then tap bottoms to top few times. Thats it!! Nice tight hold on tops!! Mine really last 2 days but NOTHING holds bottoms... at least not in my experience.

    I prefer the powder adhesive for my dentures I tried the glue in the tubes and it doesn't hold at all very dissatisfied with it . I swear by the powder. have to order on line because they never have it in our Walmart store. I hope they don't stop carrying it I'd be lost without it .

    I have used this for yrs, and like it better the the gel stuff it oozes out of the dentures this product is dry and stays put, having trouble finding it in our Walmart store so I hope they don't stop selling it on line
